專業深孔爆破聚能管施工工藝嚴格遵循六字方針(掛滿、貼緊、對準):(1)要保證炮眼打眼質量,炮眼必須按技術要求合理布置。(2)要保證掏槽眼以及其他眼眼的打眼質量,一定要在規定位置上打眼;二南陽深孔爆破聚能管要(yao)保證(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)深度和角度。(3)聚(ju)能(neng)管裝(zhuang)藥時(shi),要(yao)保證(zheng)乳(ru)化炸藥在聚(ju)能(neng)管中(zhong)空(kong)內(nei)壁中(zhong)填(tian)充飽滿(man)不得有(you)空(kong)隙出現時(shi)以產生拒爆。(4)聚(ju)能(neng)管在炮(pao)(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)中(zhong)裝(zhuang)填(tian)時(shi),要(yao)保證(zheng)聚(ju)能(neng)管的(de)兩條(tiao)聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)指向巷道(dao)輪(lun)廓線方向并且各個(ge)炮(pao)(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)聚(ju)能(neng)管的(de)聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)軸線方面(mian)要(yao)保證(zheng)相(xiang)互連接在隧道(dao)輪(lun)廓線上。否則成型效(xiao)果不僅不好,反而(er)更差。(5)保證(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)堵塞質量。(6)放炮(pao)(pao)(pao)員應提前按規定裝(zhuang)好聚(ju)能(neng)管的(de)炸藥,并做好準備工(gong)作。試用范圍:一級(ji)至(zhi)五級(ji)圍巖的(de)光面(mian)爆破工(gong)程。

水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破技術基礎上(shang)發(fa)展起(qi)來的一項新技術,其掏槽眼(yan)(yan)、輔助眼(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)藥(yao)結構和(he)爆(bao)破方式與水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破相同,但在(zai)(zai)周(zhou)邊(bian)眼(yan)(yan)中(zhong)安裝(zhuang)專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)線(xian)性聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)管替代常規爆(bao)破藥(yao)卷和(he)傳爆(bao)線(xian),利用(yong)(yong)線(xian)性聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)管產生的粒子射(she)流動能(neng)(neng)、高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)爆(bao)破氣體(ti)應力及“氣楔”作用(yong)(yong),形成平整圓順(shun)的開挖(wa)輪(lun)廓面(mian)(mian)(mian),對(dui)控(kong)制超欠挖(wa)具(ju)有良好(hao)效(xiao)(xiao)果,有效(xiao)(xiao)提升了隧道施工(gong)質量(liang)(liang)(liang)、進度和(he)經(jing)濟效(xiao)(xiao)益。水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破較水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破,在(zai)(zai)周(zhou)邊(bian)眼(yan)(yan)單循環火(huo)工(gong)品(pin)使用(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)上(shang)節(jie)(jie)約費用(yong)(yong)8.3%,周(zhou)邊(bian)眼(yan)(yan)鉆孔數量(liang)(liang)(liang)從39個(ge)下降(jiang)為(wei)23個(ge)費用(yong)(yong)節(jie)(jie)約41%,混凝(ning)土(tu)噴(pen)射(she)每(mei)(mei)延米(mi)節(jie)(jie)約1.37立(li)方米(mi)。聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破比(bi)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破每(mei)(mei)循環節(jie)(jie)約費用(yong)(yong)258.4元,即每(mei)(mei)延米(mi)節(jie)(jie)約76較元,節(jie)(jie)約費用(yong)(yong)比(bi)例達32%。此外,聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破能(neng)(neng)有效(xiao)(xiao)降(jiang)低隧道內石(shi)渣塊度和(he)粉塵含量(liang)(liang)(liang),還可使通風時間有效(xiao)(xiao)縮短33%。
我國(guo)20世紀60年(nian)代利用(yong)斷裂力學(xue)(xue)對巖(yan)(yan)石損傷引(yin)起的裂紋擴展進行(xing)過試驗(yan)研(yan)究(jiu),為(wei)聚(ju)(ju)能爆破(po)技術應用(yong)到工程做了(le)不少理(li)論(lun)分析,也取(qu)(qu)得(de)一些進展。80年(nian)代中(zhong)期開始(shi)進行(xing)應用(yong)研(yan)究(jiu),以北京(jing)礦業(ye)學(xue)(xue)院為(wei)代表,著重研(yan)究(jiu)了(le)聚(ju)(ju)能藥(yao)(yao)包切(qie)割饑理(li)和應用(yong)。1987年(nian)淮(huai)南礦業(ye)學(xue)(xue)院取(qu)(qu)得(de)“雙面切(qie)割器”的zhuanli,1995年(nian)又取(qu)(qu)得(de)“大(da)理(li)石花(hua)崗巖(yan)(yan)切(qie)割技術應用(yong)”zhuanli。1991年(nian)中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)(shui)電七局曾試圖(tu)采用(yong)硬質紙加工聚(ju)(ju)能藥(yao)(yao)管成形聚(ju)(ju)能藥(yao)(yao)卷做過聚(ju)(ju)能預裂爆破(po)試驗(yan)研(yan)究(jiu),但(dan)終(zhong)因當(dang)時的技術及工藝水(shui)(shui)平的限制(zhi)無法用(yong)于正常施(shi)工,但(dan)是他(ta)們開了(le)橢圓雙極線(xian)性聚(ju)(ju)能結構(gou)試驗(yan)的先河。雙聚(ju)(ju)能預裂與光面爆破(po)綜(zong)合技術開創輪廓(kuo)控(kong)制(zhi)爆破(po)新(xin)時代。
