施工工藝嚴(yan)格遵循六字(zi)方針(掛滿、貼緊(jin)、對準(zhun)):(1)要(yao)保證(zheng)炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)打(da)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)質量,炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)必須按(an)技術要(yao)求(qiu)合理布置(zhi)(zhi)。(2)要(yao)保證(zheng)掏(tao)槽眼(yan)(yan)(yan)以及其(qi)他眼(yan)(yan)(yan)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)的打(da)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)質量,一定(ding)(ding)要(yao)在規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)位置(zhi)(zhi)上打(da)眼(yan)(yan)(yan);二要(yao)保證(zheng)炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)深度(du)和角度(du)。(3)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管裝(zhuang)藥(yao)時,要(yao)保證(zheng)乳化(hua)炸藥(yao)在聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管中(zhong)空內壁(bi)中(zhong)填(tian)充飽滿不(bu)得有空隙出(chu)現時以產生拒(ju)爆。(4)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管在炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong)裝(zhuang)填(tian)時,要(yao)保證(zheng)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管的兩條聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)槽指向巷(xiang)道輪廓線(xian)方向并(bing)(bing)且各(ge)個炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管的聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)槽軸線(xian)方面(mian)要(yao)保證(zheng)相互連接在隧道輪廓線(xian)上。否則成型(xing)效果不(bu)僅不(bu)好(hao),反(fan)而(er)更差。(5)保證(zheng)炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)堵塞質量。(6)放炮(pao)員應提前(qian)按(an)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)裝(zhuang)好(hao)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管的炸藥(yao),并(bing)(bing)做好(hao)準(zhun)備工作。試用范(fan)圍:一級至五(wu)級圍巖的光面(mian)爆破工程。
