我國(guo)于1983年制(zhi)定了《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑物巖(yan)行基礎開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》(sD 121l一(yi)1983)。自此,在水(shui)利(li)水(shui)電建(jian)(jian)設中預(yu)裂爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)與光(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)已成為(wei)必須進行的(de)(de)保(bao)護邊(bian)坡(po)質量的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)開(kai)挖(wa)技術措(cuo)(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)。此后在此基礎上(shang)修(xiu)訂(ding)的(de)(de)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑物巖(yan)石(shi)基礎開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》(SL 47一(yi)1994)以及(ji)在《水(shui)電水(shui)利(li)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)(he)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑物巖(yan)石(shi)基礎開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預(yu)裂爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)與光(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)均(jun)被編(bian)入(ru)并有(you)(you)所改進,DL/T 5135—2001正在修(xiu)編(bian)為(wei)DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道部(bu)(bu)也(ye)不僅規(gui)(gui)定了凡是Ⅲ級(ji)以上(shang)的(de)(de)巖(yan)石(shi)邊(bian)坡(po),設計邊(bian)坡(po)坡(po)度(du)為(wei)1:0.1~1:0.75,在邊(bian)坡(po)部(bu)(bu)位的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)設計和(he)(he)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)都應(ying)采用(yong)光(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)或(huo)預(yu)裂爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po),并闡述了光(guang)(guang)面(預(yu)裂)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術設計的(de)(de)原(yuan)則和(he)(he)參數(shu)、安全措(cuo)(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi),而且還明確了路塹邊(bian)坡(po)光(guang)(guang)面(預(yu)裂)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)項目(mu)質量驗收檢(jian)測數(shu)量和(he)(he)檢(jian)測方法。無疑該規(gui)(gui)程(cheng)的(de)(de)實施(shi)(shi)(shi),有(you)(you)力地推動和(he)(he)促進了光(guang)(guang)面(預(yu)裂)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)技術在鐵路建(jian)(jian)設中的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)與發展(zhan)。

平頂山深孔爆破聚能管的軍事應用:聚能爆破技術,早在二次世界大戰期間就在軍事方面廣泛應用。國內在聚能破甲技術如大錐角反艦導彈戰斗部和大錐角反坦克地雷以及敏感彈戰斗部等方面取得了較為快速的發展,我國20世紀60年代打破國外技術封鎖獨立自主研發成功原子彈就是得力于聚能爆破技術轟擊核裝置而引爆原子彈。專用深孔爆破聚能管的民爆(bao)應用(yong)——切槽爆(bao)破技(ji)術:聚能(neng)爆(bao)破用(yong)于工(gong)程建設(she)也是20世紀60年代開(kai)始的,首先是瑞典的U﹒Langefors提出(chu)孔壁切槽爆(bao)破利(li)用(yong)槽口應力集中定向開(kai)裂的設(she)想,后經W﹒L﹒Fourney驗證是有效的。70年代國外廣泛研究和應用(yong)了(le)切槽爆(bao)破技(ji)術。
