施工(gong)工(gong)藝嚴(yan)格遵循六(liu)字方針(掛滿、貼緊、對準(zhun)):(1)要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)打(da)眼(yan)(yan)質(zhi)量(liang),炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)必須(xu)按(an)技術(shu)要(yao)求合理布置。(2)要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)掏(tao)槽眼(yan)(yan)以(yi)及其他眼(yan)(yan)眼(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)打(da)眼(yan)(yan)質(zhi)量(liang),一定(ding)要(yao)在規定(ding)位置上打(da)眼(yan)(yan);二要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)深(shen)度和角度。(3)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)裝(zhuang)藥時(shi),要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)乳化炸(zha)藥在聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)中(zhong)空內壁中(zhong)填(tian)充(chong)飽滿不得有空隙出現時(shi)以(yi)產(chan)生拒爆。(4)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)在炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)中(zhong)裝(zhuang)填(tian)時(shi),要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)兩條聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽指向(xiang)巷道(dao)輪廓(kuo)線(xian)(xian)方向(xiang)并且各個(ge)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽軸線(xian)(xian)方面要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)相互連接(jie)在隧道(dao)輪廓(kuo)線(xian)(xian)上。否(fou)則成(cheng)型效(xiao)果不僅不好(hao),反而更差。(5)保(bao)證(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)堵(du)塞質(zhi)量(liang)。(6)放炮(pao)(pao)員應提前按(an)規定(ding)裝(zhuang)好(hao)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)炸(zha)藥,并做好(hao)準(zhun)備工(gong)作。試用范(fan)圍:一級至五級圍巖的(de)(de)光面爆破(po)工(gong)程(cheng)。
