發(fa)揮巨大效(xiao)力的(de)(de)(de)關鍵又在(zai)其上(shang)面的(de)(de)(de)“聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)”上(shang)。項目部目前采用的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)能(neng)管(guan)有(you)兩(liang)個(ge)“聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)”,通過這兩(liang)個(ge)聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)的(de)(de)(de)作用讓爆(bao)炸的(de)(de)(de)威力在(zai)隧道中(zhong)切(qie)割出十分平順的(de)(de)(de)輪廓(kuo)線,的(de)(de)(de)控制了(le)爆(bao)破(po)(po)量,有(you)效(xiao)管(guan)控了(le)超(chao)挖欠挖的(de)(de)(de)現象。為了(le)進一步嚴格控制開(kai)挖輪廓(kuo),達到(dao)提高光面爆(bao)破(po)(po)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并研究出了(le)聚(ju)能(neng)管(guan)上(shang)兩(liang)個(ge)“聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)”變為三個(ge)“聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)”的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)明(ming)設(she)計,目前,該發(fa)明(ming)設(she)計已經(jing)(jing)(jing)進入到(dao)了(le)試(shi)生產階段(duan)。未來(lai),三“聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)”設(she)計的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)能(neng)水壓爆(bao)破(po)(po)技術將(jiang)推動中(zhong)鐵十四局四公司張吉懷鐵路(lu)項目部施工(gong)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)邁上(shang)一個(ge)新的(de)(de)(de)臺(tai)階,給項目部帶來(lai)巨大的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)(jing)(jing)濟效(xiao)益。工(gong)程爆(bao)破(po)(po)技術經(jing)(jing)(jing)過幾十年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),已經(jing)(jing)(jing)滲透到(dao)經(jing)(jing)(jing)濟建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)眾多領(ling)域,特別為中(zhong)國的(de)(de)(de)鐵路(lu)建設(she)、礦山(shan)開(kai)采、城市拆舊定向爆(bao)破(po)(po)等(deng)做出了(le)重要貢獻。
預(yu)裂(lie)(lie)與光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)歷史(shi)(shi)與現(xian)狀:預(yu)裂(lie)(lie)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)是(shi)沿設計(ji)開(kai)挖(wa)邊(bian)(bian)界布置密集炮孔(kong),采(cai)(cai)取不耦合(he)(he)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)藥(yao)或裝(zhuang)(zhuang)填(tian)低威(wei)力炸(zha)藥(yao),在主爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)區(qu)之(zhi)(zhi)前起爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao),從而在爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)區(qu)與保留區(qu)之(zhi)(zhi)間形成(cheng)預(yu)裂(lie)(lie)縫,以減弱主爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)對保留巖體的(de)破(po)(po)(po)壞并形成(cheng)平(ping)(ping)整(zheng)輪廓面(mian)的(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)作(zuo)業(ye)。光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)是(shi)沿設計(ji)開(kai)挖(wa)邊(bian)(bian)界布設密集炮孔(kong),采(cai)(cai)用不耦合(he)(he)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)藥(yao)或裝(zhuang)(zhuang)填(tian)低威(wei)力炸(zha)藥(yao),在主爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)區(qu)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)之(zhi)(zhi)后起爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)的(de)以形成(cheng)平(ping)(ping)整(zheng)的(de)開(kai)挖(wa)輪廓面(mian)的(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)作(zuo)業(ye)。爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)發(fa)(fa)展是(shi)先出現(xian)光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po),然(ran)后衍(yan)生發(fa)(fa)展為預(yu)裂(lie)(lie)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)。聚能管(guan)國內歷史(shi)(shi)與現(xian)狀,我國于1964~1965年(nian)在湖北陸水水電(dian)站施(shi)工中做過淺孔(kong)預(yu)裂(lie)(lie)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)試驗,1965年(nian)鐵(tie)道(dao)部門在成(cheng)昆鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)建設中開(kai)始試驗光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po),1977年(nian)在西延(yan)線張(zhang)家船(chuan)工點(dian),全長近200m的(de)2000m2路(lu)(lu)塹邊(bian)(bian)坡全部采(cai)(cai)用光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po),爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)后邊(bian)(bian)坡平(ping)(ping)整(zheng)穩定,殘留的(de)半孔(kong)清晰(xi)可(ke)見,是(shi)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)建設中采(cai)(cai)用路(lu)(lu)塹光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)。
我(wo)國于1983年制定(ding)了《水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)巖行基(ji)礎(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術規(gui)(gui)范(fan)》(sD 121l一(yi)1983)。自此,在(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)建(jian)設中(zhong)(zhong)預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)與(yu)光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)已成為(wei)必須進行的保護邊坡(po)(po)質量的爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)開挖技(ji)術措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。此后在(zai)此基(ji)礎(chu)上修訂(ding)的《水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)巖石基(ji)礎(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術規(gui)(gui)范(fan)》(SL 47一(yi)1994)以(yi)及在(zai)《水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術規(gui)(gui)范(fan)》(DL/T 5135—2001)和《水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)巖石基(ji)礎(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術規(gui)(gui)范(fan)》(DL/T 5389~2007)中(zhong)(zhong)預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)與(yu)光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)均被(bei)編(bian)入并有所(suo)改進,DL/T 5135—2001正在(zai)修編(bian)為(wei)DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道(dao)部(bu)也(ye)不僅規(gui)(gui)定(ding)了凡是(shi)Ⅲ級(ji)以(yi)上的巖石邊坡(po)(po),設計(ji)邊坡(po)(po)坡(po)(po)度為(wei)1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)邊坡(po)(po)部(bu)位的爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)設計(ji)和施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)都應采用光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)或預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po),并闡述了光(guang)面(mian)(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術設計(ji)的原則和參數(shu)、安全措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),而且還明確(que)了路(lu)塹邊坡(po)(po)光(guang)面(mian)(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)項目質量驗收檢測數(shu)量和檢測方法。無疑該規(gui)(gui)程(cheng)的實施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),有力地推動(dong)和促進了光(guang)面(mian)(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)技(ji)術在(zai)鐵路(lu)建(jian)設中(zhong)(zhong)的應用與(yu)發展。
專業爆破多向聚能管聚能包由炸、形罩、隔板、殼體、引信和支架等部分組成,其作用及對聚能包威力的影響分述如下。1.炸,炸是聚能管爆破的能源,炸的爆壓越大,聚能彈威力越大;為得到高爆壓,需高爆速、高密度的炸。常用炸有梯恩梯、8321炸等,裝方法有熔鑄,塑裝和壓裝多種。2.型罩,型罩的作用是把炸的爆炸能轉化成罩體材料的射流動能,從而提高其穿透和切割能力。爆破多向聚能管廠家型(xing)(xing)罩(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)的(de)材(cai)料必須滿足四點要求,即可(ke)壓縮(suo)性(xing)小、密度(du)高、塑(su)性(xing)和(he)延展性(xing)好(hao),在形(xing)(xing)成射流(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)不汽化(hua)。大量試驗證明,用(yong)紫銅制作型(xing)(xing)罩(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)效(xiao)果(guo)好(hao),其次為(wei)鑄(zhu)鐵、鋼和(he)陶瓷。型(xing)(xing)罩(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)的(de)形(xing)(xing)狀多(duo)種多(duo)樣,主要有(you)軸對稱(cheng)型(xing)(xing),如圓錐形(xing)(xing)、半(ban)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)(xing)、拋物線形(xing)(xing)和(he)喇叭形(xing)(xing)等;面對稱(cheng)型(xing)(xing),常見的(de)有(you)用(yong)于(yu)切割屬板材(cai)的(de)直線形(xing)(xing)和(he)用(yong)于(yu)切割管材(cai)的(de)環形(xing)(xing)聚(ju)能罩(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)兩(liang)種;中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)對稱(cheng)型(xing)(xing),這種球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)(xing)聚(ju)能包,中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)有(you)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)(xing)空(kong)腔和(he)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)(xing)罩(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao),球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)(xing)罩(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)外敷設炸,若能在瞬(shun)間同時起爆,可(ke)在空(kong)腔中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)點獲得(de)極大的(de)能量集中(zhong)(zhong)。在工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)常用(yong)的(de)是軸對稱(cheng)型(xing)(xing)和(he)面對稱(cheng)型(xing)(xing)兩(liang)類型(xing)(xing)罩(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)。
