我國(guo)于1983年制定了《水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖(yan)行(xing)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)開挖(wa)(wa)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)(shu)規范》(sD 121l一1983)。自此(ci)(ci),在(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)(shui)電建設(she)中(zhong)預裂爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)與(yu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)已成(cheng)為(wei)必須進行(xing)的(de)(de)保護邊坡(po)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)開挖(wa)(wa)技術(shu)(shu)措施(shi)(shi)。此(ci)(ci)后在(zai)此(ci)(ci)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)上修訂的(de)(de)《水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖(yan)石(shi)(shi)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)開挖(wa)(wa)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)(shu)規范》(SL 47一1994)以及在(zai)《水(shui)(shui)(shui)電水(shui)(shui)(shui)利爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)(shu)規范》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)(he)《水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖(yan)石(shi)(shi)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)開挖(wa)(wa)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)(shu)規范》(DL/T 5389~2007)中(zhong)預裂爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)與(yu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)均被編入(ru)并(bing)有所(suo)改進,DL/T 5135—2001正(zheng)在(zai)修編為(wei)DL/T 5135—2012。鐵(tie)道部(bu)也不僅規定了凡是Ⅲ級以上的(de)(de)巖(yan)石(shi)(shi)邊坡(po),設(she)計邊坡(po)坡(po)度為(wei)1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)邊坡(po)部(bu)位的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)設(she)計和(he)(he)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)都應采用(yong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)或預裂爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po),并(bing)闡述了光(guang)(guang)(guang)面(mian)(預裂)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)(shu)設(she)計的(de)(de)原(yuan)則和(he)(he)參(can)數(shu)、安全措施(shi)(shi),而且還明確了路(lu)塹邊坡(po)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面(mian)(預裂)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)項目質(zhi)量(liang)驗收檢測(ce)數(shu)量(liang)和(he)(he)檢測(ce)方法。無疑該規程的(de)(de)實施(shi)(shi),有力地推動和(he)(he)促進了光(guang)(guang)(guang)面(mian)(預裂)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)技術(shu)(shu)在(zai)鐵(tie)路(lu)建設(she)中(zhong)的(de)(de)應用(yong)與(yu)發展。
光面爆(bao)破技(ji)術(shu)優(you)(you)(you)勢:相對于(yu)傳統爆(bao)破工藝,聚(ju)能管(guan)光面爆(bao)破比常(chang)規爆(bao)破具有以(yi)下優(you)(you)(you)勢∶少(shao)(shao)打(da)眼,少(shao)(shao)裝(zhuang)藥。節約周邊鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)量(liang)50%,總鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)進尺減少(shao)(shao)30%;節約炸藥10~20%,雷管(guan)30%。節約噴漿(jiang)料15-20%。節省時(shi)(shi)間(jian)∶每循環鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)、裝(zhuang)藥、噴漿(jiang)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)1.5-2.0小時(shi)(shi)。在(zai)安全方(fang)面利用水沙袋替代(dai)炮(pao)泥(ni)(ni),以(yi)避免搗炮(pao)泥(ni)(ni)損(sun)毀(hui)電雷管(guan)導線,造成(cheng)(cheng)瞎炮(pao)。大(da)大(da)減少(shao)(shao)對圍(wei)巖擾動,光面效果好,巖性(xing)條件差情況下可以(yi)大(da)大(da)減少(shao)(shao)超挖量(liang),控制巷道(dao)成(cheng)(cheng)型;巖性(xing)完(wan)整無節理情況下眼痕率可以(yi)達到90%以(yi)上,巷道(dao)成(cheng)(cheng)型好,穩定性(xing)強(qiang)。布孔(kong)(kong)方(fang)式優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)多排掏槽布孔(kong)(kong),單次掘進深度可以(yi)優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)提高10%到15%不等(deng)。由于(yu)炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)數量(liang)大(da)大(da)減少(shao)(shao)可以(yi)考慮(lv)一起全斷面起爆(bao),節省放炮(pao)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)。
專業礦用型雙向聚能管水壓光面爆破較水壓光面爆破,在周邊眼單循環火工品使用量上節約費用8.3%,周邊眼鉆孔數量從39個下降為23個費用節約41%,混凝土噴射每延米節約1.37立方米。衢州礦用型雙向聚能管水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)破(po)(po)比(bi)水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)破(po)(po)每(mei)循環節約(yue)費用(yong)(yong)(yong)258.4元,即(ji)每(mei)延米節約(yue)76較元,節約(yue)費用(yong)(yong)(yong)比(bi)例達32%。此外(wai),聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)破(po)(po)能(neng)(neng)有(you)效(xiao)降低隧道內石(shi)渣(zha)塊度和粉塵含量,還可(ke)使通風時間有(you)效(xiao)縮短33%。聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)破(po)(po)工藝技(ji)術很(hen)成熟、可(ke)操作性很(hen)強(qiang)、材料(liao)成本很(hen)低、施工速度很(hen)快、節能(neng)(neng)環保效(xiao)果很(hen)顯著、經濟效(xiao)益社會效(xiao)益很(hen)高。聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)定向(xiang)爆(bao)破(po)(po)技(ji)術是近幾年發展起(qi)(qi)來的一(yi)(yi)項掘進新(xin)技(ji)術,這(zhe)種爆(bao)破(po)(po)技(ji)術與傳統的光(guang)(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)破(po)(po)技(ji)術有(you)一(yi)(yi)定的差別(bie),聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)定向(xiang)爆(bao)破(po)(po)原理是在巷道周邊(bian)眼(yan)中,將(jiang)炸(zha)裝(zhuang)在聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)中起(qi)(qi)爆(bao),爆(bao)破(po)(po)時利用(yong)(yong)(yong)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)的聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)作用(yong)(yong)(yong),以減少裂隙(xi)的數(shu)量和控制優(you)勢裂隙(xi)的發展方向(xiang)。
我(wo)國20世(shi)紀60年(nian)代(dai)利用(yong)(yong)斷裂(lie)力學對巖石損傷(shang)引(yin)起的(de)(de)(de)裂(lie)紋(wen)擴展進(jin)行過試(shi)驗研(yan)究,為聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)技術應(ying)用(yong)(yong)到工程做(zuo)了(le)(le)不少理(li)論(lun)分(fen)析,也(ye)取得一(yi)些進(jin)展。80年(nian)代(dai)中期開始(shi)進(jin)行應(ying)用(yong)(yong)研(yan)究,以北京礦業學院為代(dai)表,著重研(yan)究了(le)(le)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)藥包切割饑(ji)理(li)和應(ying)用(yong)(yong)。1987年(nian)淮南礦業學院取得“雙面切割器”的(de)(de)(de)zhuanli,1995年(nian)又取得“大理(li)石花崗(gang)巖切割技術應(ying)用(yong)(yong)”zhuanli。1991年(nian)中國水(shui)電七局曾試(shi)圖采用(yong)(yong)硬質紙(zhi)加工聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)藥管成形聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)藥卷做(zuo)過聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)預裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)試(shi)驗研(yan)究,但終因當時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)技術及工藝水(shui)平的(de)(de)(de)限制(zhi)無法用(yong)(yong)于正(zheng)常施工,但是(shi)他們開了(le)(le)橢圓雙極線性聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)結構試(shi)驗的(de)(de)(de)先河。雙聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)預裂(lie)與光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)綜合技術開創輪廓控(kong)制(zhi)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)新時(shi)代(dai)。
