水壓(ya)爆破(po)(po)(po)是在(zai)(zai)炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)兩端填充水袋,中間(jian)裝上乳(ru)化炸,炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)再用(yong)(yong)(yong)炮(pao)泥封(feng)死,炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)間(jian)距很大,兩個(ge)炮(pao)空之間(jian)相距了一(yi)米(mi)左右,是常(chang)規爆破(po)(po)(po)的(de)炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)間(jian)距的(de)兩倍,這樣(yang)可以節省(sheng)炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)材料,這兩個(ge)凹(ao)槽(cao)(cao)又稱為(wei)聚(ju)能槽(cao)(cao),聚(ju)能槽(cao)(cao)非(fei)常(chang)重(zhong)要,放置的(de)位置和(he)方向(xiang)都十分講究,一(yi)點也不(bu)能出(chu)錯(cuo),在(zai)(zai)爆破(po)(po)(po)的(de)瞬間(jian),高溫高壓(ya)聚(ju)能射流立即往(wang)凹(ao)槽(cao)(cao)兩邊(bian)的(de)巖石(shi)進行切(qie)割,巖石(shi)如同(tong)豆腐一(yi)樣(yang)輕松被切(qie)割切(qie)割出(chu)來的(de)輪廓線(xian)十分平順(shun),效(xiao)果(guo)極好,聚(ju)能水壓(ya)爆破(po)(po)(po)中的(de)水袋沒有降(jiang)低爆破(po)(po)(po)的(de)效(xiao)果(guo),反(fan)而能保(bao)護隧道周邊(bian)植(zhi)被,減少地(di)質擾動,降(jiang)低煙塵,重(zhong)要的(de)是節省(sheng)炸成本,在(zai)(zai)未來這項技術會廣泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)于工(gong)(gong)程中,降(jiang)低施工(gong)(gong)成本。爆破(po)(po)(po)聚(ju)能管水壓(ya)光(guang)面(mian)爆破(po)(po)(po)較水壓(ya)光(guang)面(mian)爆破(po)(po)(po),在(zai)(zai)周邊(bian)眼單循環火工(gong)(gong)品使用(yong)(yong)(yong)量上節約(yue)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)8.3%,周邊(bian)眼鉆孔(kong)(kong)數量從39個(ge)下降(jiang)為(wei)23個(ge)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)節約(yue)41%,混凝(ning)土噴射每延米(mi)節約(yue)1.37立方米(mi)。
