施工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)嚴格遵(zun)循(xun)六字方針(掛(gua)滿、貼緊、對準):(1)要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)打(da)(da)(da)眼(yan)質量,炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)必須(xu)按技術(shu)要(yao)(yao)求合理布置。(2)要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)掏槽(cao)眼(yan)以(yi)及其他眼(yan)眼(yan)的(de)(de)打(da)(da)(da)眼(yan)質量,一定要(yao)(yao)在規定位置上打(da)(da)(da)眼(yan);二要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)深(shen)度和角度。(3)聚(ju)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)裝藥(yao)時(shi),要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)乳化(hua)炸藥(yao)在聚(ju)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)中空內壁中填充飽滿不得有(you)空隙出(chu)現時(shi)以(yi)產生拒爆(bao)。(4)聚(ju)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)在炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)中裝填時(shi),要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)聚(ju)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)兩條(tiao)聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)指(zhi)向巷道輪(lun)廓線(xian)方向并且(qie)各(ge)個(ge)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)聚(ju)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)軸(zhou)線(xian)方面要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)相互(hu)連接在隧道輪(lun)廓線(xian)上。否則成型效果不僅不好(hao)(hao),反而更差。(5)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)堵塞質量。(6)放炮(pao)(pao)員應提前按規定裝好(hao)(hao)聚(ju)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)炸藥(yao),并做好(hao)(hao)準備工(gong)作。試用(yong)范圍:一級至五(wu)級圍巖(yan)的(de)(de)光面爆(bao)破工(gong)程。
