聚能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)(yao)包(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)碎法特點是:不需要(yao)(yao)(yao)打眼,因(yin)而(er)不需要(yao)(yao)(yao)購(gou)買(mai)打眼設備(bei)和(he)動力設備(bei);施(shi)工(gong)(gong)簡單(dan),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)進度(du)比淺(qian)眼爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)法快安全性比普通淺(qian)眼爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)法和(he)普通裸露藥(yao)(yao)包(bao)(bao)(bao)法好(hao);勞(lao)動強度(du)比淺(qian)眼爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)法低。制造聚能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)(yao)包(bao)(bao)(bao)所(suo)采用(yong)的(de)(de)炸藥(yao)(yao)有:黑索金(jin)和(he)梯恩梯混合熔鑄型(xing);乳化油炸藥(yao)(yao)和(he)黑索金(jin)混裝型(xing)和(he)二號巖石硝鉸(jiao)炸藥(yao)(yao)壓制型(xing)。根據(ju)使用(yong)的(de)(de)結果(guo)證明(ming),選用(yong)密度(du)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大和(he)爆(bao)速較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)炸藥(yao)(yao)制造聚能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)(yao)包(bao)(bao)(bao)能(neng)(neng)獲得較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)好(hao)的(de)(de)破(po)(po)(po)碎效果(guo)。這(zhe)主要(yao)(yao)(yao)是由于它加工(gong)(gong)簡單(dan)和(he)破(po)(po)(po)碎能(neng)(neng)力較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大。在(zai)礦山(shan)由于二次破(po)(po)(po)碎消耗的(de)(de)藥(yao)(yao)包(bao)(bao)(bao)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)多(duo),而(er)且金(jin)屬藥(yao)(yao)型(xing)罩的(de)(de)加工(gong)(gong)費(fei)工(gong)(gong)又費(fei)材料,所(suo)以(yi)多(duo)不采用(yong)藥(yao)(yao)型(xing)罩。國內(nei)生產(chan)的(de)(de)一種(zhong)用(yong)于破(po)(po)(po)碎大塊的(de)(de)聚能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)(yao)包(bao)(bao)(bao),裝置(zhi)聚能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)(yao)包(bao)(bao)(bao)時,要(yao)(yao)(yao)將(jiang)藥(yao)(yao)包(bao)(bao)(bao)垂直裝在(zai)大塊的(de)(de)頂面上(shang),聚能(neng)(neng)穴朝(chao)下。藥(yao)(yao)包(bao)(bao)(bao)位置(zhi)應選在(zai)頂面的(de)(de)幾何中心或附近較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)整的(de)(de)地點。然后在(zai)上(shang)面覆(fu)蓋(gai)泥(ni)沙。
水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破是(shi)在(zai)炮(pao)孔(kong)兩(liang)端填充水(shui)袋,中間裝上(shang)(shang)乳(ru)化炸(zha),炮(pao)孔(kong)再(zai)用炮(pao)泥封死,炮(pao)孔(kong)間距很(hen)大(da),兩(liang)個(ge)炮(pao)空之間相(xiang)距了一米(mi)(mi)左(zuo)右,是(shi)常規(gui)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破的(de)(de)炮(pao)孔(kong)間距的(de)(de)兩(liang)倍,這樣(yang)(yang)可以(yi)節(jie)省(sheng)炮(pao)孔(kong)材料,這兩(liang)個(ge)凹槽(cao)又稱為聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)槽(cao),聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)槽(cao)非常重要,放置的(de)(de)位置和方向都(dou)十分講(jiang)究(jiu),一點也不能(neng)(neng)(neng)出(chu)錯,在(zai)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破的(de)(de)瞬間,高溫高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)射流立(li)即往(wang)凹槽(cao)兩(liang)邊(bian)的(de)(de)巖石進行切割,巖石如同(tong)豆腐一樣(yang)(yang)輕松被(bei)(bei)切割切割出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)輪廓線十分平順,效果(guo)極好,聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破中的(de)(de)水(shui)袋沒有降(jiang)低(di)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破的(de)(de)效果(guo),反(fan)而能(neng)(neng)(neng)保護隧道周邊(bian)植被(bei)(bei),減(jian)少地質擾動,降(jiang)低(di)煙塵(chen),重要的(de)(de)是(shi)節(jie)省(sheng)炸(zha)成本(ben)(ben),在(zai)未來(lai)這項(xiang)技術會廣泛應用于工(gong)程(cheng)中,降(jiang)低(di)施工(gong)成本(ben)(ben)。爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)管(guan)水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)光面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破較(jiao)水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)光面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破,在(zai)周邊(bian)眼單循環火(huo)工(gong)品使用量上(shang)(shang)節(jie)約費用8.3%,周邊(bian)眼鉆(zhan)孔(kong)數量從39個(ge)下降(jiang)為23個(ge)費用節(jie)約41%,混凝土噴射每延米(mi)(mi)節(jie)約1.37立(li)方米(mi)(mi)。
連云港礦用型雙向聚能管發揮巨大效力的關鍵又在其上面的“聚能槽”上。項目部目前采用的聚能管有兩個“聚能槽”,通過這兩個聚能槽的作用讓爆炸的威力在隧道中切割出十分平順的輪廓線,的控制了爆破量,有效管控了超挖欠挖的現象。為了進一步嚴格控制開挖輪廓,達到提高光面爆破效果的目的,并研究出了聚能管上兩個“聚能槽”變為三個“聚能槽”的發明設計,目前,礦用型雙向聚能管廠家該發明設(she)(she)計已經(jing)進入到了(le)試生產(chan)階(jie)段(duan)。未(wei)來(lai),三(san)“聚能(neng)槽(cao)”設(she)(she)計的(de)聚能(neng)水壓爆(bao)破(po)(po)技(ji)術將(jiang)推動中鐵(tie)十四局四公司張吉懷鐵(tie)路項(xiang)目部施(shi)工開展邁上一個新的(de)臺階(jie),給項(xiang)目部帶來(lai)巨大的(de)經(jing)濟效益。工程爆(bao)破(po)(po)技(ji)術經(jing)過幾(ji)十年的(de)發展,已經(jing)滲透(tou)到經(jing)濟建(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)眾(zhong)多(duo)領域,特別為中國的(de)鐵(tie)路建(jian)設(she)(she)、礦山開采(cai)、城市(shi)拆舊定向(xiang)爆(bao)破(po)(po)等做出了(le)重要(yao)貢獻。
