施工(gong)工(gong)藝嚴格遵循六(liu)字方(fang)(fang)針(掛滿(man)(man)、貼緊、對準(zhun)):(1)要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)眼打(da)眼質(zhi)量,炮(pao)眼必須按技術要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)合理布置(zhi)。(2)要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)掏槽眼以及其(qi)他眼眼的(de)打(da)眼質(zhi)量,一定要(yao)(yao)在(zai)(zai)規定位置(zhi)上(shang)打(da)眼;二(er)要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)眼深度(du)和角度(du)。(3)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)裝藥時,要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)乳化炸藥在(zai)(zai)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)中空(kong)內壁(bi)中填充飽滿(man)(man)不(bu)得有空(kong)隙(xi)出(chu)現時以產生(sheng)拒爆(bao)。(4)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)炮(pao)眼中裝填時,要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)兩條聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)槽指(zhi)向(xiang)巷道輪廓線(xian)(xian)(xian)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)并(bing)且各個炮(pao)眼聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)槽軸線(xian)(xian)(xian)方(fang)(fang)面要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)相(xiang)互連接在(zai)(zai)隧道輪廓線(xian)(xian)(xian)上(shang)。否(fou)則成(cheng)型效果不(bu)僅(jin)不(bu)好,反而更差。(5)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)眼堵塞(sai)質(zhi)量。(6)放炮(pao)員應提前按規定裝好聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)炸藥,并(bing)做好準(zhun)備工(gong)作(zuo)。試用范圍:一級至五級圍巖(yan)的(de)光面爆(bao)破工(gong)程。
水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)是在炮(pao)(pao)(pao)孔(kong)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)端(duan)填充水(shui)(shui)(shui)袋,中(zhong)間(jian)(jian)裝上乳(ru)化炸,炮(pao)(pao)(pao)孔(kong)再用炮(pao)(pao)(pao)泥封死,炮(pao)(pao)(pao)孔(kong)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)很大,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個(ge)(ge)炮(pao)(pao)(pao)空之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)相距(ju)了一(yi)米(mi)左(zuo)右,是常(chang)規爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)的炮(pao)(pao)(pao)孔(kong)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)的兩(liang)(liang)(liang)倍(bei),這(zhe)樣(yang)可以節(jie)省炮(pao)(pao)(pao)孔(kong)材(cai)料,這(zhe)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個(ge)(ge)凹槽(cao)又稱(cheng)為聚能(neng)(neng)槽(cao),聚能(neng)(neng)槽(cao)非(fei)常(chang)重要(yao),放(fang)置的位(wei)置和方向都十分講究,一(yi)點也不能(neng)(neng)出錯,在爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)的瞬間(jian)(jian),高溫高壓聚能(neng)(neng)射流立即(ji)往(wang)凹槽(cao)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)邊(bian)的巖石進行切割,巖石如同豆腐一(yi)樣(yang)輕松被(bei)切割切割出來(lai)的輪(lun)廓(kuo)線十分平順,效(xiao)果極好,聚能(neng)(neng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)中(zhong)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)袋沒有降低(di)(di)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)的效(xiao)果,反而(er)能(neng)(neng)保護隧道周(zhou)邊(bian)植(zhi)被(bei),減(jian)少地質擾(rao)動,降低(di)(di)煙塵,重要(yao)的是節(jie)省炸成本,在未來(lai)這(zhe)項技術會廣泛應用于工程中(zhong),降低(di)(di)施工成本。爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)聚能(neng)(neng)管水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)較水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po),在周(zhou)邊(bian)眼單循環(huan)火工品使(shi)用量上節(jie)約費(fei)用8.3%,周(zhou)邊(bian)眼鉆孔(kong)數量從(cong)39個(ge)(ge)下降為23個(ge)(ge)費(fei)用節(jie)約41%,混(hun)凝土噴射每(mei)延米(mi)節(jie)約1.37立方米(mi)。
水壓光面爆破技術基礎上發展起來的一項新技術,其掏槽眼、輔助眼裝藥結構和爆破方式與水壓光面爆破相同,但在周邊眼中安裝專用線性聚能藥管替代常規爆破藥卷和傳爆線,利用線性聚能藥管產生的粒子射流動能、高壓爆破氣體應力及“氣楔”作用,形成平整圓順的開挖輪廓面,對控制超欠挖具有良好效果,有效提升了隧道施工質量、進度和經濟效益。專用多向聚能管水壓光面爆破較水壓光面爆破,在周邊眼單循環火工品使用量上節約費用8.3%,周邊眼鉆孔數量從39個下降為23個費用節約41%,混凝土噴射每延米節約1.37立方米。聚能水壓光面爆破比水壓光面爆破每循環節約費用258.4元,即每延米節約76較元,節約費用比例達32%。此外,專用多向聚能管聚能(neng)水壓(ya)光面(mian)爆破能(neng)有效降(jiang)低隧道內石渣(zha)塊(kuai)度和粉塵(chen)含(han)量(liang),還可(ke)使通風時間(jian)有效縮短33%。
