我國于1983年制定了《水工建筑物巖行基礎開挖工程施工技術規范》(sD 121l一1983)。自此,o型聚能管公司在水利水電建設中預裂爆破與光面爆破已成為必須進行的保護邊坡質量的爆破開挖技術措施。此后在此基礎上修訂的《水工建筑物巖石基礎開挖工程施工技術規范》(SL 47一1994)以及在《水電水利爆破工程施工技術規范》(DL/T 5135—2001)和《水工建筑物巖石基礎開挖工程施工技術規范》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預裂爆破與光面爆破均被編入并有所改進,DL/T 5135—2001正在修編為DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道部也不僅規定了凡是Ⅲ級以上的巖石邊坡,設計邊坡坡度為1:0.1~1:0.75,專用o型聚能管在(zai)邊坡(po)部位的(de)爆破設(she)(she)計和(he)施(shi)(shi)工都(dou)應采(cai)用光(guang)面爆破或預(yu)裂爆破,并(bing)闡述(shu)了(le)光(guang)面(預(yu)裂)爆破施(shi)(shi)工技術設(she)(she)計的(de)原則和(he)參數、安(an)全措施(shi)(shi),而且還明確了(le)路塹邊坡(po)光(guang)面(預(yu)裂)爆破項目質量(liang)驗收檢測數量(liang)和(he)檢測方法。無(wu)疑該規程的(de)實施(shi)(shi),有力地推動(dong)和(he)促(cu)進(jin)了(le)光(guang)面(預(yu)裂)爆破技術在(zai)鐵路建設(she)(she)中(zhong)的(de)應用與發展。
我(wo)國(guo)20世紀60年(nian)(nian)(nian)代(dai)利(li)用斷裂(lie)力(li)學對巖石損傷(shang)引起的(de)裂(lie)紋擴展進(jin)行過試(shi)驗(yan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),為(wei)聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)爆破技(ji)術(shu)應用到工(gong)程做了不(bu)少(shao)理(li)(li)(li)論分析(xi),也取(qu)得(de)一些進(jin)展。80年(nian)(nian)(nian)代(dai)中(zhong)期(qi)開(kai)始進(jin)行應用研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),以北京(jing)礦業學院(yuan)為(wei)代(dai)表,著重研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)了聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)藥(yao)包切割(ge)饑理(li)(li)(li)和應用。1987年(nian)(nian)(nian)淮(huai)南礦業學院(yuan)取(qu)得(de)“雙面切割(ge)器(qi)”的(de)zhuanli,1995年(nian)(nian)(nian)又取(qu)得(de)“大理(li)(li)(li)石花崗(gang)巖切割(ge)技(ji)術(shu)應用”zhuanli。1991年(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong)國(guo)水電七局(ju)曾試(shi)圖采用硬質(zhi)紙(zhi)加工(gong)聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)藥(yao)管(guan)成形聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)藥(yao)卷做過聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)預(yu)裂(lie)爆破試(shi)驗(yan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),但(dan)終因當時的(de)技(ji)術(shu)及工(gong)藝水平的(de)限制無法用于正常施工(gong),但(dan)是他們開(kai)了橢圓雙極線性聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)結(jie)構試(shi)驗(yan)的(de)先(xian)河(he)。雙聚能(neng)(neng)(neng)預(yu)裂(lie)與光面爆破綜合技(ji)術(shu)開(kai)創輪廓控制爆破新時代(dai)。
是(shi)將炸藥(yao)裝在(zai)(zai)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管內,兩頭(tou)均放置了水(shui)袋,聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管爆炸產(chan)生的(de)高溫高壓(ya)射流,讓水(shui)袋產(chan)生“水(shui)楔”效應,使(shi)圍巖裂縫加劇延伸擴展(zhan)。它是(shi)在(zai)(zai)水(shui)壓(ya)光面(mian)爆破(po)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang)發展(zhan)起來的(de)一項(xiang)新(xin)技術,區(qu)別只是(shi)在(zai)(zai)周邊眼中(zhong)安裝專(zhuan)用線性聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)管替代常規爆破(po)藥(yao)卷和傳爆線,只要做到七大(da)關鍵環節(jie)(jie):水(shui)袋挺(ting)拔飽滿、炮(pao)泥(ni)軟硬適中(zhong)、水(shui)袋裝填(tian)到底、炮(pao)泥(ni)回(hui)填(tian)到口、木(mu)棍逐(zhu)節(jie)(jie)搗固(gu)、水(shui)藥(yao)緊密相連、槽面(mian)必須平行(xing),就能(neng)(neng)對控制(zhi)超欠挖起到良好效果(guo)。在(zai)(zai)推廣水(shui)壓(ya)爆破(po)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),去年9月(yue),水(shui)壓(ya)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)爆破(po)的(de)成(cheng)果(guo)上(shang),今年更為(wei)深入地在(zai)(zai)興泉鐵路大(da)嶺隧(sui)道(dao)、牡佳鐵路麻山(shan)隧(sui)道(dao)采用了此項(xiang)技術,積累(lei)了成(cheng)功經驗。
