施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝嚴格遵循六(liu)字方(fang)(fang)針(掛滿、貼緊(jin)、對準(zhun)):(1)要(yao)(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)炮(pao)眼打(da)(da)眼質(zhi)量(liang)(liang),炮(pao)眼必須按技術要(yao)(yao)求合(he)理布置(zhi)。(2)要(yao)(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)掏(tao)槽眼以(yi)及其他(ta)眼眼的(de)打(da)(da)眼質(zhi)量(liang)(liang),一定(ding)要(yao)(yao)在(zai)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)位置(zhi)上打(da)(da)眼;二要(yao)(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)炮(pao)眼深(shen)度和角度。(3)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)裝藥(yao)(yao)時(shi),要(yao)(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)乳化炸藥(yao)(yao)在(zai)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)中空內壁中填(tian)(tian)充(chong)飽滿不得(de)有空隙出現時(shi)以(yi)產生(sheng)拒爆(bao)。(4)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)炮(pao)眼中裝填(tian)(tian)時(shi),要(yao)(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)兩條聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽指向巷道(dao)輪(lun)廓(kuo)線方(fang)(fang)向并(bing)且各個炮(pao)眼聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽軸線方(fang)(fang)面要(yao)(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)相互連接在(zai)隧道(dao)輪(lun)廓(kuo)線上。否則成型效(xiao)果不僅(jin)不好,反而更(geng)差。(5)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)炮(pao)眼堵塞質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。(6)放炮(pao)員應提(ti)前按規(gui)(gui)定(ding)裝好聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)炸藥(yao)(yao),并(bing)做好準(zhun)備工(gong)(gong)作。試用范圍:一級(ji)至五級(ji)圍巖的(de)光(guang)面爆(bao)破工(gong)(gong)程。
