我國于1983年制定(ding)了《水工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑物(wu)(wu)巖(yan)(yan)行基(ji)礎(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范》(sD 121l一(yi)1983)。自此(ci)(ci),在(zai)水利水電(dian)建(jian)設中預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)與光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)已成為必須(xu)進(jin)行的(de)保護(hu)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)質量的(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)開挖技(ji)術(shu)措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)。此(ci)(ci)后在(zai)此(ci)(ci)基(ji)礎(chu)上修訂(ding)的(de)《水工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑物(wu)(wu)巖(yan)(yan)石(shi)(shi)基(ji)礎(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范》(SL 47一(yi)1994)以及在(zai)《水電(dian)水利爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范》(DL/T 5135—2001)和《水工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑物(wu)(wu)巖(yan)(yan)石(shi)(shi)基(ji)礎(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)與光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)均(jun)被編入并有(you)所改進(jin),DL/T 5135—2001正在(zai)修編為DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道部也不(bu)僅規(gui)定(ding)了凡是(shi)Ⅲ級以上的(de)巖(yan)(yan)石(shi)(shi)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po),設計邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)坡(po)(po)度為1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)部位(wei)的(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)設計和施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)都應采用(yong)光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)或預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po),并闡(chan)述了光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)設計的(de)原(yuan)則和參數、安全措(cuo)施(shi)(shi),而且還明確了路(lu)塹邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)項目質量驗收檢(jian)測(ce)數量和檢(jian)測(ce)方法。無疑(yi)該規(gui)程的(de)實施(shi)(shi),有(you)力(li)地推動和促進(jin)了光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)技(ji)術(shu)在(zai)鐵路(lu)建(jian)設中的(de)應用(yong)與發(fa)展。
水壓爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)是(shi)在(zai)炮(pao)(pao)孔兩端填充水袋(dai),中(zhong)間(jian)裝上(shang)乳(ru)化炸,炮(pao)(pao)孔再用炮(pao)(pao)泥封(feng)死,炮(pao)(pao)孔間(jian)距(ju)很(hen)大(da),兩個炮(pao)(pao)空之間(jian)相距(ju)了一(yi)米(mi)左右,是(shi)常規爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)的炮(pao)(pao)孔間(jian)距(ju)的兩倍,這(zhe)樣(yang)可(ke)以節省(sheng)炮(pao)(pao)孔材料,這(zhe)兩個凹槽又(you)稱為聚能(neng)(neng)槽,聚能(neng)(neng)槽非常重(zhong)要,放置的位置和(he)方向都十(shi)(shi)分(fen)講(jiang)究,一(yi)點也不(bu)能(neng)(neng)出錯,在(zai)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)的瞬間(jian),高溫(wen)高壓聚能(neng)(neng)射流(liu)立即往(wang)凹槽兩邊的巖石(shi)進行(xing)切割,巖石(shi)如同豆腐(fu)一(yi)樣(yang)輕松被切割切割出來(lai)的輪廓(kuo)線十(shi)(shi)分(fen)平(ping)順,效果極好,聚能(neng)(neng)水壓爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)中(zhong)的水袋(dai)沒有降(jiang)低(di)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)的效果,反而能(neng)(neng)保護(hu)隧(sui)道周(zhou)邊植(zhi)被,減少地(di)質擾動(dong),降(jiang)低(di)煙(yan)塵(chen),重(zhong)要的是(shi)節省(sheng)炸成本,在(zai)未來(lai)這(zhe)項(xiang)技術會廣(guang)泛(fan)應用于工程中(zhong),降(jiang)低(di)施工成本。爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)聚能(neng)(neng)管水壓光面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)較水壓光面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po),在(zai)周(zhou)邊眼單循環火(huo)工品使用量上(shang)節約(yue)(yue)費用8.3%,周(zhou)邊眼鉆孔數量從(cong)39個下降(jiang)為23個費用節約(yue)(yue)41%,混凝土噴(pen)射每延米(mi)節約(yue)(yue)1.37立方米(mi)。
