專用礦用型雙向聚能管施工工藝嚴格遵循六字方針(掛滿、貼緊、對準):(1)要保證炮眼打眼質量,炮眼必須按技術要求合理布置。(2)要保證掏槽眼以及其他眼眼的打眼質量,一定要在規定位置上打眼;二中山礦用型雙向聚能管要(yao)保證(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)深度和角度。(3)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管裝藥(yao)時,要(yao)保證(zheng)乳化炸(zha)藥(yao)在(zai)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管中空內壁中填充飽滿不得有(you)空隙出現(xian)時以產生拒爆。(4)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管在(zai)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)中裝填時,要(yao)保證(zheng)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管的(de)兩條聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)槽指向巷道(dao)(dao)輪廓線(xian)(xian)方向并(bing)且各個炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管的(de)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)槽軸線(xian)(xian)方面要(yao)保證(zheng)相互(hu)連接在(zai)隧道(dao)(dao)輪廓線(xian)(xian)上。否則(ze)成型效果不僅不好(hao)(hao),反(fan)而更差(cha)。(5)保證(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)堵(du)塞(sai)質量。(6)放炮(pao)(pao)員應提前按規定裝好(hao)(hao)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管的(de)炸(zha)藥(yao),并(bing)做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)準備工作。試用范(fan)圍:一級至五級圍巖(yan)的(de)光面爆破(po)工程。
