我國(guo)于1983年制定了《水工(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)巖(yan)行基(ji)礎開(kai)(kai)挖工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》(sD 121l一1983)。自此(ci),在(zai)(zai)水利水電(dian)建(jian)設(she)中預裂(lie)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)與光(guang)(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)已成為(wei)必須進(jin)行的(de)保(bao)護邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)開(kai)(kai)挖技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)。此(ci)后在(zai)(zai)此(ci)基(ji)礎上修訂的(de)《水工(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)巖(yan)石(shi)基(ji)礎開(kai)(kai)挖工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》(SL 47一1994)以及在(zai)(zai)《水電(dian)水利爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)(he)(he)《水工(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)巖(yan)石(shi)基(ji)礎開(kai)(kai)挖工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預裂(lie)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)與光(guang)(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)均被編(bian)入并有(you)所改進(jin),DL/T 5135—2001正在(zai)(zai)修編(bian)為(wei)DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道部也不僅規(gui)(gui)(gui)定了凡是Ⅲ級以上的(de)巖(yan)石(shi)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po),設(she)計邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)坡(po)(po)度(du)為(wei)1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)(zai)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)部位的(de)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)設(she)計和(he)(he)(he)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)都(dou)應采用光(guang)(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)或預裂(lie)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po),并闡述了光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(預裂(lie))爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)設(she)計的(de)原則(ze)和(he)(he)(he)參數、安(an)全措(cuo)施(shi)(shi),而且還明(ming)確(que)了路(lu)塹邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(預裂(lie))爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)項目質(zhi)量(liang)驗收檢測數量(liang)和(he)(he)(he)檢測方法。無疑該規(gui)(gui)(gui)程(cheng)的(de)實施(shi)(shi),有(you)力(li)地推動和(he)(he)(he)促進(jin)了光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(預裂(lie))爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)在(zai)(zai)鐵路(lu)建(jian)設(she)中的(de)應用與發展。
采用(yong)(yong)一種抗靜電(dian)阻(zu)燃的(de)特種塑料管、異形雙槽聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管,根據(ju)炮眼深(shen)度可(ke)長可(ke)短(duan)。是兩個相似半(ban)壁(bi)管組(zu)成(cheng),半(ban)壁(bi)管中央有(you)個凹進(jin)去的(de)槽叫做'聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)槽",使用(yong)(yong)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管光面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)成(cheng)型效果好,開挖(wa)(wa)(wa)輪廓線平順整齊,圍巖擾動(dong)減少(shao)(shao)、超(chao)欠挖(wa)(wa)(wa)明顯(xian)改善,有(you)利于支護工(gong)(gong)序施(shi)工(gong)(gong),同時(shi)混凝土(tu)回填成(cheng)本大(da)為降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)。鑿(zao)孔率減少(shao)(shao)30%,大(da)大(da)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了(le)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)作業工(gong)(gong)班的(de)勞動(dong)量:鉆孔縮短(duan)30分(fen)鐘、少(shao)(shao)打眼、出(chu)渣(zha)量減少(shao)(shao),降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了(le)材料成(cheng)本、減少(shao)(shao)工(gong)(gong)時(shi)消(xiao)耗(hao)、勞動(dong)效率明顯(xian)提高,周邊眼爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)成(cheng)本降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)30%以上,半(ban)眼痕保(bao)留率高達85%以上。pvc爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管主要應用(yong)(yong)于隧道、煤礦、鐵(tie)礦等需要進(jin)行(xing)光面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)程。采用(yong)(yong)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管的(de)光面(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)可(ke)減少(shao)(shao)鉆孔,擴大(da)孔距,減少(shao)(shao)導(dao)爆(bao)(bao)管用(yong)(yong)量,減少(shao)(shao)超(chao)挖(wa)(wa)(wa),減少(shao)(shao)噴(pen)漿,提高半(ban)孔率,既節省(sheng)了(le)成(cheng)本又提高了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)效率。
