我國于1983年制定了(le)(le)(le)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖(yan)行(xing)基(ji)礎開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術規范》(sD 121l一1983)。自此(ci)(ci)(ci),在(zai)水(shui)利(li)水(shui)電建設(she)中(zhong)預裂爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)與(yu)光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)已成為(wei)必須(xu)進行(xing)的(de)(de)保護邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)質量的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)技(ji)(ji)術措(cuo)施(shi)。此(ci)(ci)(ci)后在(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)基(ji)礎上修訂的(de)(de)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖(yan)石(shi)基(ji)礎開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術規范》(SL 47一1994)以(yi)及在(zai)《水(shui)電水(shui)利(li)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術規范》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖(yan)石(shi)基(ji)礎開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術規范》(DL/T 5389~2007)中(zhong)預裂爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)與(yu)光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)均被編(bian)(bian)入并有所改進,DL/T 5135—2001正在(zai)修編(bian)(bian)為(wei)DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道部也不僅規定了(le)(le)(le)凡是Ⅲ級以(yi)上的(de)(de)巖(yan)石(shi)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po),設(she)計(ji)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)坡(po)(po)(po)度為(wei)1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)部位的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)設(she)計(ji)和(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)都應采用光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)或預裂爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po),并闡述了(le)(le)(le)光(guang)面(預裂)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術設(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)原則和(he)參數、安全措(cuo)施(shi),而且還(huan)明確了(le)(le)(le)路塹(qian)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)光(guang)面(預裂)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)項目質量驗收檢(jian)測數量和(he)檢(jian)測方法。無(wu)疑該規程(cheng)的(de)(de)實施(shi),有力地推動(dong)和(he)促進了(le)(le)(le)光(guang)面(預裂)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)技(ji)(ji)術在(zai)鐵路建設(she)中(zhong)的(de)(de)應用與(yu)發(fa)展(zhan)。
