水(shui)壓爆破(po)(po)是在炮(pao)(pao)孔(kong)(kong)兩(liang)端填充(chong)水(shui)袋(dai),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間裝(zhuang)上乳化炸,炮(pao)(pao)孔(kong)(kong)再用(yong)炮(pao)(pao)泥封死,炮(pao)(pao)孔(kong)(kong)間距(ju)很大,兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)炮(pao)(pao)空之間相距(ju)了一米左右,是常(chang)規爆破(po)(po)的(de)炮(pao)(pao)孔(kong)(kong)間距(ju)的(de)兩(liang)倍,這(zhe)樣可以節(jie)省炮(pao)(pao)孔(kong)(kong)材料(liao),這(zhe)兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)凹(ao)槽(cao)又稱為聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao),聚(ju)能(neng)槽(cao)非常(chang)重(zhong)要,放(fang)置的(de)位置和方向(xiang)都(dou)十分(fen)講究,一點也不能(neng)出(chu)錯,在爆破(po)(po)的(de)瞬間,高溫高壓聚(ju)能(neng)射流立即往凹(ao)槽(cao)兩(liang)邊的(de)巖石進(jin)行切割,巖石如(ru)同豆腐一樣輕(qing)松(song)被(bei)切割切割出(chu)來的(de)輪廓(kuo)線十分(fen)平順,效(xiao)果極好,聚(ju)能(neng)水(shui)壓爆破(po)(po)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)袋(dai)沒有降低(di)爆破(po)(po)的(de)效(xiao)果,反而能(neng)保(bao)護隧道周(zhou)邊植被(bei),減少(shao)地質擾動,降低(di)煙塵,重(zhong)要的(de)是節(jie)省炸成本(ben)(ben),在未(wei)來這(zhe)項技術會廣泛應用(yong)于工(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),降低(di)施工(gong)成本(ben)(ben)。爆破(po)(po)聚(ju)能(neng)管水(shui)壓光(guang)面(mian)爆破(po)(po)較水(shui)壓光(guang)面(mian)爆破(po)(po),在周(zhou)邊眼單循環(huan)火(huo)工(gong)品(pin)使(shi)用(yong)量(liang)上節(jie)約(yue)費用(yong)8.3%,周(zhou)邊眼鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)數量(liang)從39個(ge)(ge)下(xia)降為23個(ge)(ge)費用(yong)節(jie)約(yue)41%,混(hun)凝(ning)土噴(pen)射每延米節(jie)約(yue)1.37立方米。
