施工工藝嚴(yan)格遵循(xun)六字方針(掛滿、貼緊、對準):(1)要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)打眼(yan)(yan)(yan)質量(liang),炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)必(bi)須按(an)技(ji)術要(yao)求合理(li)布置(zhi)。(2)要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)掏槽(cao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)以及其他眼(yan)(yan)(yan)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)(de)打眼(yan)(yan)(yan)質量(liang),一定(ding)(ding)要(yao)在規(gui)定(ding)(ding)位置(zhi)上(shang)打眼(yan)(yan)(yan);二要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)深度和(he)角度。(3)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)裝藥時(shi)(shi),要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)乳化炸藥在聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)中空(kong)內壁中填充飽滿不(bu)得(de)有空(kong)隙出現時(shi)(shi)以產生拒爆。(4)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)在炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)中裝填時(shi)(shi),要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)兩條聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽(cao)指向巷道輪(lun)(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)線(xian)方向并且各個炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽(cao)軸線(xian)方面要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)相互連(lian)接在隧道輪(lun)(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)線(xian)上(shang)。否則成型(xing)效果(guo)不(bu)僅(jin)不(bu)好(hao),反而更(geng)差。(5)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)堵塞質量(liang)。(6)放炮(pao)(pao)員應提前按(an)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)裝好(hao)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)炸藥,并做(zuo)好(hao)準備工作。試用范圍:一級至(zhi)五級圍巖的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)面爆破工程。
