是(shi)(shi)將炸藥(yao)裝在聚能管(guan)內,兩頭均放置了(le)(le)水(shui)袋,聚能管(guan)爆炸產生的高(gao)溫高(gao)壓射流,讓水(shui)袋產生“水(shui)楔”效應,使圍巖裂縫加劇延(yan)伸擴(kuo)展。它是(shi)(shi)在水(shui)壓光(guang)面爆破(po)(po)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang)發展起(qi)來(lai)的一項新技術(shu),區別只(zhi)是(shi)(shi)在周邊(bian)眼中(zhong)安(an)裝專用線性(xing)聚能藥(yao)管(guan)替代常(chang)規爆破(po)(po)藥(yao)卷和(he)傳爆線,只(zhi)要做到七大關鍵環節(jie):水(shui)袋挺拔飽滿(man)、炮(pao)泥(ni)軟硬適中(zhong)、水(shui)袋裝填到底、炮(pao)泥(ni)回填到口、木棍(gun)逐節(jie)搗固、水(shui)藥(yao)緊密相連、槽面必(bi)須(xu)平行,就能對控(kong)制超欠挖起(qi)到良(liang)好效果(guo)。在推廣水(shui)壓爆破(po)(po)的基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),去(qu)年9月,水(shui)壓聚能爆破(po)(po)的成果(guo)上(shang),今年更為深入(ru)地在興泉鐵(tie)路大嶺隧道、牡(mu)佳鐵(tie)路麻山隧道采(cai)用了(le)(le)此(ci)項技術(shu),積累了(le)(le)成功(gong)經驗。
我國于1983年(nian)制定了(le)《水(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑物(wu)(wu)巖行基礎開挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)規(gui)范》(sD 121l一1983)。自此,在(zai)水(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)電建(jian)設(she)中預(yu)(yu)裂(lie)(lie)爆破與(yu)(yu)光(guang)面(mian)爆破已成為(wei)必須(xu)進行的(de)(de)(de)(de)保護(hu)邊(bian)坡(po)(po)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)爆破開挖(wa)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)措施(shi)(shi)(shi)。此后在(zai)此基礎上修訂的(de)(de)(de)(de)《水(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑物(wu)(wu)巖石(shi)基礎開挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)規(gui)范》(SL 47一1994)以及在(zai)《水(shui)(shui)電水(shui)(shui)利爆破工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)規(gui)范》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)(he)(he)《水(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑物(wu)(wu)巖石(shi)基礎開挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)規(gui)范》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預(yu)(yu)裂(lie)(lie)爆破與(yu)(yu)光(guang)面(mian)爆破均被編入并有(you)所改進,DL/T 5135—2001正在(zai)修編為(wei)DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道部也不僅規(gui)定了(le)凡(fan)是Ⅲ級以上的(de)(de)(de)(de)巖石(shi)邊(bian)坡(po)(po),設(she)計邊(bian)坡(po)(po)坡(po)(po)度為(wei)1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)邊(bian)坡(po)(po)部位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)爆破設(she)計和(he)(he)(he)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)都應(ying)采用(yong)光(guang)面(mian)爆破或預(yu)(yu)裂(lie)(lie)爆破,并闡(chan)述了(le)光(guang)面(mian)(預(yu)(yu)裂(lie)(lie))爆破施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)設(she)計的(de)(de)(de)(de)原則和(he)(he)(he)參數、安全措施(shi)(shi)(shi),而(er)且還(huan)明確了(le)路(lu)塹邊(bian)坡(po)(po)光(guang)面(mian)(預(yu)(yu)裂(lie)(lie))爆破項目(mu)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)驗收檢測數量(liang)(liang)和(he)(he)(he)檢測方(fang)法(fa)。無疑(yi)該規(gui)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)實施(shi)(shi)(shi),有(you)力地推動和(he)(he)(he)促進了(le)光(guang)面(mian)(預(yu)(yu)裂(lie)(lie))爆破技(ji)術(shu)(shu)在(zai)鐵路(lu)建(jian)設(she)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)與(yu)(yu)發(fa)展(zhan)。
