我國20世紀60年代利用斷裂力學對巖石損傷引起的裂紋擴展進行過試驗研究,爆破聚能管公司為聚能爆破技術應用到工程做了不少理論分析,也取得一些進展。80年代中期開始進行應用研究,以北京礦業學院為代表,著重研究了聚能藥包切割饑理和應用。1987年淮南礦業學院取得“雙面切割器”的zhuanli,1995年又取得“大理石花崗巖切割技術應用”zhuanli。1991年中國水電七局曾試圖采用硬質紙加工聚能藥管成形聚能藥卷做過聚能預裂爆破試驗研究,爆破聚能管公司但終因當時的(de)(de)技術(shu)及工(gong)藝(yi)水平(ping)的(de)(de)限制(zhi)無(wu)法用于正常施(shi)工(gong),但是他們開了橢圓雙(shuang)極線性聚能(neng)結(jie)構試驗(yan)的(de)(de)先(xian)河。雙(shuang)聚能(neng)預裂與光(guang)面爆破綜(zong)合技術(shu)開創輪(lun)廓控制(zhi)爆破新時代。

水壓(ya)(ya)爆(bao)破是(shi)在(zai)(zai)炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)兩(liang)(liang)端填充(chong)水袋,中間裝上乳化炸(zha),炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)再用炮(pao)泥封死,炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)間距(ju)(ju)很大,兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)炮(pao)空之間相距(ju)(ju)了一(yi)米左右(you),是(shi)常規爆(bao)破的炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)間距(ju)(ju)的兩(liang)(liang)倍(bei),這樣可(ke)以節(jie)省炮(pao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)材料(liao),這兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)凹槽(cao)又稱為聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)槽(cao),聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)槽(cao)非(fei)常重要,放置的位(wei)置和(he)方向都(dou)十(shi)分講究,一(yi)點(dian)也不能(neng)(neng)(neng)出錯,在(zai)(zai)爆(bao)破的瞬間,高(gao)(gao)溫高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)射流立即(ji)往凹槽(cao)兩(liang)(liang)邊(bian)的巖石進行切(qie)割,巖石如(ru)同(tong)豆腐一(yi)樣輕松被切(qie)割切(qie)割出來(lai)的輪廓線(xian)十(shi)分平順,效果(guo)極好,聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)水壓(ya)(ya)爆(bao)破中的水袋沒有降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)爆(bao)破的效果(guo),反而能(neng)(neng)(neng)保護(hu)隧道周(zhou)邊(bian)植被,減少地質擾動,降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)煙塵(chen),重要的是(shi)節(jie)省炸(zha)成(cheng)本(ben),在(zai)(zai)未(wei)來(lai)這項技術會廣(guang)泛應用于工程中,降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)施工成(cheng)本(ben)。爆(bao)破聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)管水壓(ya)(ya)光面爆(bao)破較水壓(ya)(ya)光面爆(bao)破,在(zai)(zai)周(zhou)邊(bian)眼單循環(huan)火(huo)工品使用量上節(jie)約(yue)(yue)費(fei)用8.3%,周(zhou)邊(bian)眼鉆孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)數(shu)量從39個(ge)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)為23個(ge)費(fei)用節(jie)約(yue)(yue)41%,混凝(ning)土噴射每延米節(jie)約(yue)(yue)1.37立方米。
