我國于1983年制定了《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物巖(yan)行基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術規(gui)(gui)范》(sD 121l一1983)。自(zi)此,在(zai)(zai)水(shui)利(li)水(shui)電建(jian)設中預(yu)裂爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破與(yu)(yu)光面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破已成為(wei)必須(xu)進行的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)保護邊(bian)坡(po)質量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破開(kai)挖(wa)技術措施(shi)(shi)。此后(hou)在(zai)(zai)此基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang)修(xiu)訂的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物巖(yan)石(shi)(shi)基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術規(gui)(gui)范》(SL 47一1994)以(yi)及在(zai)(zai)《水(shui)電水(shui)利(li)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術規(gui)(gui)范》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)(he)(he)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物巖(yan)石(shi)(shi)基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術規(gui)(gui)范》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預(yu)裂爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破與(yu)(yu)光面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破均被編入并有(you)(you)所(suo)改(gai)進,DL/T 5135—2001正在(zai)(zai)修(xiu)編為(wei)DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道(dao)部(bu)也不僅規(gui)(gui)定了凡(fan)是Ⅲ級以(yi)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)巖(yan)石(shi)(shi)邊(bian)坡(po),設計(ji)邊(bian)坡(po)坡(po)度為(wei)1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)(zai)邊(bian)坡(po)部(bu)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破設計(ji)和(he)(he)(he)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)都應(ying)采(cai)用光面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破或預(yu)裂爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破,并闡述了光面(mian)(mian)(預(yu)裂)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術設計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原則和(he)(he)(he)參數、安全措施(shi)(shi),而且還明確了路(lu)塹邊(bian)坡(po)光面(mian)(mian)(預(yu)裂)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破項目質量驗收(shou)檢測(ce)數量和(he)(he)(he)檢測(ce)方法(fa)。無(wu)疑該規(gui)(gui)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實施(shi)(shi),有(you)(you)力地(di)推動和(he)(he)(he)促進了光面(mian)(mian)(預(yu)裂)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破技術在(zai)(zai)鐵路(lu)建(jian)設中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用與(yu)(yu)發(fa)展(zhan)。
