我國于1983年制定了《水工建筑物巖行基礎開挖工程施工技術規范》(sD 121l一1983)。自此,深孔爆破多向聚能管公司在水利水電建設中預裂爆破與光面爆破已成為必須進行的保護邊坡質量的爆破開挖技術措施。此后在此基礎上修訂的《水工建筑物巖石基礎開挖工程施工技術規范》(SL 47一1994)以及在《水電水利爆破工程施工技術規范》(DL/T 5135—2001)和《水工建筑物巖石基礎開挖工程施工技術規范》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預裂爆破與光面爆破均被編入并有所改進,DL/T 5135—2001正在修編為DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道部也不僅規定了凡是Ⅲ級以上的巖石邊坡,設計邊坡坡度為1:0.1~1:0.75,專業深孔爆破多向聚能管在邊坡部位(wei)的(de)爆破(po)設計和(he)(he)施工(gong)都(dou)應采用光面爆破(po)或預(yu)(yu)裂爆破(po),并闡述了(le)光面(預(yu)(yu)裂)爆破(po)施工(gong)技術設計的(de)原則和(he)(he)參數(shu)、安全措施,而且還明確了(le)路(lu)塹邊坡光面(預(yu)(yu)裂)爆破(po)項目質(zhi)量驗(yan)收檢測數(shu)量和(he)(he)檢測方(fang)法。無疑該規程(cheng)的(de)實(shi)施,有力地推動(dong)和(he)(he)促進了(le)光面(預(yu)(yu)裂)爆破(po)技術在鐵路(lu)建設中的(de)應用與發展。
我國(guo)20世紀60年(nian)代(dai)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)斷(duan)裂(lie)力學(xue)對巖石損(sun)傷引起(qi)的裂(lie)紋擴展(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)(jin)行過試驗(yan)研(yan)究(jiu),為聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)爆(bao)破(po)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)到工(gong)(gong)程做了(le)不(bu)少理(li)論分析,也取(qu)得一些(xie)進(jin)(jin)展(zhan)(zhan)。80年(nian)代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)期(qi)開(kai)(kai)始進(jin)(jin)行應用(yong)(yong)(yong)研(yan)究(jiu),以(yi)北京礦業學(xue)院(yuan)為代(dai)表,著(zhu)重研(yan)究(jiu)了(le)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)藥包切割饑理(li)和應用(yong)(yong)(yong)。1987年(nian)淮南礦業學(xue)院(yuan)取(qu)得“雙(shuang)面切割器”的zhuanli,1995年(nian)又取(qu)得“大理(li)石花崗(gang)巖切割技(ji)術(shu)(shu)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)”zhuanli。1991年(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)水電七局曾試圖采用(yong)(yong)(yong)硬質紙加工(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)藥管成形聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)藥卷(juan)做過聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)預裂(lie)爆(bao)破(po)試驗(yan)研(yan)究(jiu),但終因當時(shi)的技(ji)術(shu)(shu)及工(gong)(gong)藝水平的限制(zhi)(zhi)無(wu)法用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)正常(chang)施工(gong)(gong),但是他們開(kai)(kai)了(le)橢(tuo)圓雙(shuang)極(ji)線(xian)性聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)結(jie)構試驗(yan)的先河(he)。雙(shuang)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)預裂(lie)與光面爆(bao)破(po)綜合技(ji)術(shu)(shu)開(kai)(kai)創輪廓控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)爆(bao)破(po)新時(shi)代(dai)。
光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆破技術優(you)(you)勢:相(xiang)對于(yu)傳統爆破工藝,聚能管(guan)(guan)光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)爆破比常規爆破具有以下(xia)優(you)(you)勢∶少打眼,少裝(zhuang)藥(yao)(yao)。節(jie)約(yue)周邊鉆孔(kong)量50%,總(zong)鉆孔(kong)進尺減(jian)(jian)(jian)少30%;節(jie)約(yue)炸藥(yao)(yao)10~20%,雷(lei)管(guan)(guan)30%。節(jie)約(yue)噴漿(jiang)(jiang)料15-20%。節(jie)省時(shi)間∶每(mei)循環鉆孔(kong)、裝(zhuang)藥(yao)(yao)、噴漿(jiang)(jiang)時(shi)間1.5-2.0小時(shi)。在(zai)安全方(fang)(fang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)利用(yong)水沙袋替代炮(pao)泥(ni),以避免搗炮(pao)泥(ni)損毀電(dian)雷(lei)管(guan)(guan)導線,造成(cheng)瞎炮(pao)。大(da)大(da)減(jian)(jian)(jian)少對圍巖(yan)擾動(dong),光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)效(xiao)果好(hao),巖(yan)性(xing)條件差情(qing)況下(xia)可以大(da)大(da)減(jian)(jian)(jian)少超挖量,控制(zhi)巷道(dao)成(cheng)型(xing);巖(yan)性(xing)完整無節(jie)理情(qing)況下(xia)眼痕率可以達(da)到(dao)90%以上,巷道(dao)成(cheng)型(xing)好(hao),穩定性(xing)強。布(bu)孔(kong)方(fang)(fang)式優(you)(you)化成(cheng)多排掏槽布(bu)孔(kong),單次(ci)掘進深度可以優(you)(you)化提高10%到(dao)15%不等。由于(yu)炮(pao)孔(kong)數量大(da)大(da)減(jian)(jian)(jian)少可以考慮一(yi)起全斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)(mian)起爆,節(jie)省放炮(pao)時(shi)間。
