我國20世紀(ji)60年(nian)代利用(yong)斷裂力(li)學(xue)對巖石損傷引起(qi)的(de)裂紋擴展進(jin)行(xing)過(guo)試驗(yan)研究(jiu),為聚能爆(bao)破(po)(po)技(ji)術應用(yong)到工(gong)程做了(le)不少(shao)理(li)論分析,也取得一(yi)些進(jin)展。80年(nian)代中期開(kai)(kai)始進(jin)行(xing)應用(yong)研究(jiu),以北京礦業學(xue)院(yuan)為代表,著重研究(jiu)了(le)聚能藥(yao)包切(qie)割饑(ji)理(li)和應用(yong)。1987年(nian)淮南礦業學(xue)院(yuan)取得“雙面(mian)切(qie)割器”的(de)zhuanli,1995年(nian)又取得“大理(li)石花崗巖切(qie)割技(ji)術應用(yong)”zhuanli。1991年(nian)中國水電七(qi)局曾試圖采用(yong)硬質紙(zhi)加工(gong)聚能藥(yao)管(guan)成形(xing)聚能藥(yao)卷做過(guo)聚能預(yu)裂爆(bao)破(po)(po)試驗(yan)研究(jiu),但終因當時(shi)的(de)技(ji)術及工(gong)藝水平的(de)限制(zhi)無法(fa)用(yong)于(yu)正常施工(gong),但是他們開(kai)(kai)了(le)橢圓雙極線性聚能結構試驗(yan)的(de)先河。雙聚能預(yu)裂與(yu)光面(mian)爆(bao)破(po)(po)綜合(he)技(ji)術開(kai)(kai)創(chuang)輪(lun)廓控制(zhi)爆(bao)破(po)(po)新時(shi)代。
在建造隧道的時候,人們首先想到的個方式,就是使用爆破技術,專用c型聚能管開山挖隧道修路,常規爆破技術需要使用數以噸計的炸,炸的威力十分巨大,但是在炸完之后,空氣中全是煙塵,根本無法進入,另外常規爆破炸出來的輪廓線凹凸不平,后期常常需要工人進一步修補輪廓線才能進行下一道工序,耗時耗力,那么有沒有其他的方式比常規爆破技術更好呢?2018年3月,央視報道了一場隧道爆破對比實驗,實驗采用兩種爆破技術,滴喲中是使用炸的常規爆破技術,第二種則是國人新發明的聚能水壓光面爆破技術,隨著聲聲巨響,這場對比試驗的結果超乎所有人的意料,徐州c型聚能管聚能水(shui)壓爆(bao)(bao)破技術(shu)的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)炸(zha)效果更好,而且爆(bao)(bao)破產生的(de)(de)水(shui)霧能將煙塵覆蓋,起(qi)到降塵的(de)(de)作用,這(zhe)項(xiang)爆(bao)(bao)破新方式得到了觀(guan)眾(zhong)們的(de)(de)認可。
