水壓(ya)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)技術在隧(sui)道掘進作業中(zhong)的(de)實際應用。提升光(guang)(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)水平、嚴抓隧(sui)道超(chao)挖管控進行了(le)介(jie)紹。聚(ju)能水壓(ya)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)工(gong)藝(yi)技術很(hen)成熟、可操作性(xing)很(hen)強、材料成本很(hen)低、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)速度很(hen)快(kuai)、節能環保(bao)效(xiao)果(guo)很(hen)顯著、經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)社會效(xiao)益(yi)很(hen)高。一(yi)是要(yao)(yao)提高對(dui)推(tui)廣(guang)該項(xiang)技術重要(yao)(yao)性(xing)和必(bi)然性(xing)的(de)認識;二是要(yao)(yao)樹立必(bi)須采取聚(ju)能水壓(ya)光(guang)(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)的(de)意識;三是要(yao)(yao)堅持培訓、示范(fan)、監督“三位一(yi)體”;四是要(yao)(yao)制(zhi)定切實的(de)獎(jiang)懲制(zhi)度;五是要(yao)(yao)建立檢(jian)查監督機制(zhi),持續促進該項(xiang)技術的(de)深入推(tui)廣(guang)。在隧(sui)道施(shi)(shi)工(gong)的(de)現場管理(li)、科技創新(xin)、人才培養、經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)等方面(mian)(mian)的(de)不(bu)足。建議(yi)對(dui)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)一(yi)線基(ji)礎技術工(gong)作扎實推(tui)進;對(dui)新(xin)工(gong)藝(yi)、先進工(gong)法要(yao)(yao)深入學習鉆研;對(dui)消極(ji)懈怠、故步自封(feng)的(de)思想要(yao)(yao)堅決抵(di)制(zhi)。
水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破是在(zai)炮(pao)(pao)(pao)孔兩(liang)端填充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)袋(dai),中(zhong)間(jian)(jian)裝上(shang)乳化炸(zha),炮(pao)(pao)(pao)孔再用炮(pao)(pao)(pao)泥封死(si),炮(pao)(pao)(pao)孔間(jian)(jian)距很大,兩(liang)個炮(pao)(pao)(pao)空之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)相距了一米(mi)左右,是常規爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破的(de)(de)炮(pao)(pao)(pao)孔間(jian)(jian)距的(de)(de)兩(liang)倍,這(zhe)樣可以節(jie)省(sheng)炮(pao)(pao)(pao)孔材料,這(zhe)兩(liang)個凹槽又(you)稱為聚(ju)能(neng)槽,聚(ju)能(neng)槽非常重要(yao),放(fang)置的(de)(de)位置和方向都十(shi)分(fen)講究(jiu),一點(dian)也(ye)不(bu)能(neng)出錯(cuo),在(zai)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破的(de)(de)瞬間(jian)(jian),高(gao)溫高(gao)壓(ya)聚(ju)能(neng)射(she)流立(li)即往(wang)凹槽兩(liang)邊(bian)的(de)(de)巖石進行切割,巖石如(ru)同豆腐一樣輕(qing)松被切割切割出來的(de)(de)輪(lun)廓線十(shi)分(fen)平順,效(xiao)果極好,聚(ju)能(neng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破中(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)袋(dai)沒有降低(di)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破的(de)(de)效(xiao)果,反而能(neng)保護隧(sui)道周(zhou)邊(bian)植被,減少地質擾動,降低(di)煙塵,重要(yao)的(de)(de)是節(jie)省(sheng)炸(zha)成本(ben),在(zai)未來這(zhe)項(xiang)技(ji)術會廣泛(fan)應用于工程中(zhong),降低(di)施工成本(ben)。爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破聚(ju)能(neng)管水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)光面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破較水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)光面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破,在(zai)周(zhou)邊(bian)眼單循環火(huo)工品使用量上(shang)節(jie)約(yue)費用8.3%,周(zhou)邊(bian)眼鉆孔數(shu)量從39個下降為23個費用節(jie)約(yue)41%,混凝土噴射(she)每延(yan)米(mi)節(jie)約(yue)1.37立(li)方米(mi)。

我國于1983年(nian)制定了《水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)建(jian)筑物巖行(xing)基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)規范》(sD 121l一1983)。自此,在水(shui)(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)(shui)電建(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)與光(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)已成為(wei)必須進行(xing)的(de)保護邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)質量的(de)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)開(kai)挖(wa)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)措施(shi)。此后在此基(ji)礎(chu)上修訂(ding)的(de)《水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)建(jian)筑物巖石基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)規范》(SL 47一1994)以及在《水(shui)(shui)(shui)電水(shui)(shui)(shui)利爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)規范》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)《水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)建(jian)筑物巖石基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)規范》(DL/T 5389~2007)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)與光(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)均被編(bian)(bian)入(ru)并有所改進,DL/T 5135—2001正(zheng)在修編(bian)(bian)為(wei)DL/T 5135—2012。鐵(tie)道部(bu)也不僅規定了凡是Ⅲ級以上的(de)巖石邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po),設(she)(she)計邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)度為(wei)1:0.1~1:0.75,在邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)部(bu)位的(de)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)設(she)(she)計和(he)施(shi)工(gong)都(dou)應(ying)采用光(guang)(guang)面爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)或(huo)預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po),并闡述了光(guang)(guang)面(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)設(she)(she)計的(de)原(yuan)則(ze)和(he)參數、安全措施(shi),而且(qie)還(huan)明確了路塹邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)光(guang)(guang)面(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)項目質量驗收檢(jian)測數量和(he)檢(jian)測方法。無疑該(gai)規程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)實施(shi),有力地推(tui)動和(he)促進了光(guang)(guang)面(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)破(po)(po)(po)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)在鐵(tie)路建(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)應(ying)用與發展。
水壓光面爆破技術基礎上發展起來的一項新技術,其掏槽眼、輔助眼裝藥結構和爆破方式與水壓光面爆破相同,但在周邊眼中安裝專用線性聚能藥管替代常規爆破藥卷和傳爆線,利用線性聚能藥管產生的粒子射流動能、高壓爆破氣體應力及“氣楔”作用,形成平整圓順的開挖輪廓面,對控制超欠挖具有良好效果,有效提升了隧道施工質量、進度和經濟效益。專業o型聚能管水壓光面爆破較水壓光面爆破,在周邊眼單循環火工品使用量上節約費用8.3%,周邊眼鉆孔數量從39個下降為23個費用節約41%,混凝土噴射每延米節約1.37立方米。聚能水壓光面爆破比水壓光面爆破每循環節約費用258.4元,即每延米節約76較元,節約費用比例達32%。此外,專業o型聚能管聚能水壓(ya)光面爆破能有效(xiao)降低隧道內石渣(zha)塊(kuai)度和粉塵含(han)量,還可使通(tong)風時間有效(xiao)縮短33%。
