專業爆破聚能管是將炸藥裝在聚能管內,兩頭均放置了水袋,聚能管爆炸產生的高溫高壓射流,讓水袋產生“水楔”效應,使圍巖裂縫加劇延伸擴展。它是在水壓光面爆破基礎上發展起來的一項新技術,區別只是在周邊眼中安裝專用線性聚能藥管替代常規爆破藥卷和傳爆線,只要做到七大關鍵環節:水袋挺拔飽滿、炮泥軟硬適中、水袋裝填到底、炮泥回填到口、木棍逐節搗固、水藥緊密相連、槽面必須平行,就能對控制超欠挖起到良好效果。爆破聚能管公司在(zai)推廣(guang)水壓爆破(po)的基(ji)礎上,去(qu)年9月,水壓聚能(neng)爆破(po)的成果(guo)上,今年更為深入地在(zai)興泉鐵路(lu)大(da)嶺隧道(dao)、牡佳鐵路(lu)麻(ma)山(shan)隧道(dao)采(cai)用(yong)了此項技術,積累了成功經(jing)驗。
我(wo)國于(yu)1983年制定了《水工(gong)(gong)建筑物巖(yan)行基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》(sD 121l一(yi)1983)。自此,在(zai)水利(li)水電(dian)建設中預(yu)(yu)(yu)裂爆破(po)(po)(po)與光(guang)面爆破(po)(po)(po)已成為必須進行的(de)保護邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)質(zhi)量的(de)爆破(po)(po)(po)開(kai)挖(wa)技術(shu)措施(shi)。此后在(zai)此基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang)修(xiu)訂的(de)《水工(gong)(gong)建筑物巖(yan)石(shi)基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》(SL 47一(yi)1994)以及(ji)在(zai)《水電(dian)水利(li)爆破(po)(po)(po)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》(DL/T 5135—2001)和《水工(gong)(gong)建筑物巖(yan)石(shi)基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預(yu)(yu)(yu)裂爆破(po)(po)(po)與光(guang)面爆破(po)(po)(po)均被編(bian)入并有所改進,DL/T 5135—2001正在(zai)修(xiu)編(bian)為DL/T 5135—2012。鐵(tie)道部(bu)也不僅規(gui)定了凡是Ⅲ級以上(shang)的(de)巖(yan)石(shi)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po),設計邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)坡(po)(po)(po)度為1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)部(bu)位的(de)爆破(po)(po)(po)設計和施(shi)工(gong)(gong)都應采用光(guang)面爆破(po)(po)(po)或預(yu)(yu)(yu)裂爆破(po)(po)(po),并闡述了光(guang)面(預(yu)(yu)(yu)裂)爆破(po)(po)(po)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)設計的(de)原則和參(can)數、安全措施(shi),而且還明確了路塹邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)光(guang)面(預(yu)(yu)(yu)裂)爆破(po)(po)(po)項目質(zhi)量驗收檢測數量和檢測方(fang)法。無疑該規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)實(shi)施(shi),有力地推(tui)動和促進了光(guang)面(預(yu)(yu)(yu)裂)爆破(po)(po)(po)技術(shu)在(zai)鐵(tie)路建設中的(de)應用與發(fa)展。
采用(yong)一(yi)種抗(kang)靜電(dian)阻燃的(de)(de)特種塑料管、異形雙槽聚能(neng)管,根據炮(pao)眼深度可(ke)長可(ke)短。是兩個(ge)相(xiang)似半壁管組成(cheng),半壁管中央有個(ge)凹(ao)進(jin)去(qu)的(de)(de)槽叫(jiao)做(zuo)'聚能(neng)槽",使(shi)用(yong)聚能(neng)管光面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)成(cheng)型(xing)效(xiao)果好,開挖輪(lun)廓線平順整(zheng)齊,圍巖擾動(dong)減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)(shao)、超欠挖明顯改善(shan),有利(li)于(yu)(yu)支(zhi)護工(gong)(gong)序施(shi)工(gong)(gong),同時(shi)混凝土回填成(cheng)本大為降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低。鑿孔(kong)(kong)(kong)率減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)(shao)30%,大大降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低了爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)作(zuo)業工(gong)(gong)班的(de)(de)勞動(dong)量(liang):鉆孔(kong)(kong)(kong)縮(suo)短30分鐘、少(shao)(shao)(shao)打眼、出(chu)渣量(liang)減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)(shao),降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低了材料成(cheng)本、減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)(shao)工(gong)(gong)時(shi)消耗、勞動(dong)效(xiao)率明顯提(ti)高,周邊眼爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)成(cheng)本降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低30%以上,半眼痕保留率高達(da)85%以上。pvc爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)聚能(neng)管主要應(ying)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)隧道、煤(mei)礦(kuang)、鐵礦(kuang)等需要進(jin)行(xing)光面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)程。采用(yong)聚能(neng)管的(de)(de)光面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)可(ke)減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)(shao)鉆孔(kong)(kong)(kong),擴大孔(kong)(kong)(kong)距,減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)(shao)導爆(bao)(bao)(bao)管用(yong)量(liang),減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)(shao)超挖,減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)(shao)噴漿,提(ti)高半孔(kong)(kong)(kong)率,既(ji)節省了成(cheng)本又提(ti)高了施(shi)工(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率。
水壓(ya)(ya)爆(bao)破(po)(po)是(shi)在(zai)炮(pao)孔兩(liang)端填充(chong)水袋(dai),中(zhong)間(jian)裝上乳(ru)化炸,炮(pao)孔再用炮(pao)泥封死,炮(pao)孔間(jian)距(ju)(ju)很大(da),兩(liang)個炮(pao)空之(zhi)間(jian)相距(ju)(ju)了一米左右(you),是(shi)常規(gui)爆(bao)破(po)(po)的(de)炮(pao)孔間(jian)距(ju)(ju)的(de)兩(liang)倍,這(zhe)樣可以節(jie)省炮(pao)孔材料,這(zhe)兩(liang)個凹槽又稱為聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)槽,聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)槽非常重要(yao),放置的(de)位置和(he)方(fang)向都十(shi)分講究,一點也(ye)不能(neng)出(chu)錯,在(zai)爆(bao)破(po)(po)的(de)瞬間(jian),高(gao)溫高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)射(she)流立(li)即往凹槽兩(liang)邊的(de)巖石(shi)進行切割(ge),巖石(shi)如同(tong)豆(dou)腐一樣輕(qing)松被切割(ge)切割(ge)出(chu)來的(de)輪廓線十(shi)分平順,效果(guo)極(ji)好(hao),聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)水壓(ya)(ya)爆(bao)破(po)(po)中(zhong)的(de)水袋(dai)沒有(you)降(jiang)低(di)爆(bao)破(po)(po)的(de)效果(guo),反(fan)而能(neng)保護隧道周(zhou)邊植(zhi)被,減少地質擾動,降(jiang)低(di)煙(yan)塵,重要(yao)的(de)是(shi)節(jie)省炸成(cheng)本(ben),在(zai)未(wei)來這(zhe)項技術會廣泛應(ying)用于工程(cheng)中(zhong),降(jiang)低(di)施工成(cheng)本(ben)。爆(bao)破(po)(po)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管水壓(ya)(ya)光面(mian)爆(bao)破(po)(po)較水壓(ya)(ya)光面(mian)爆(bao)破(po)(po),在(zai)周(zhou)邊眼單循環(huan)火工品使用量上節(jie)約費用8.3%,周(zhou)邊眼鉆孔數量從39個下降(jiang)為23個費用節(jie)約41%,混(hun)凝土噴(pen)射(she)每延米節(jie)約1.37立(li)方(fang)米。
水(shui)壓光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)技(ji)術,是在(zai)水(shui)壓光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)技(ji)術基(ji)礎上發展起來的(de)一項新(xin)技(ji)術,其掏槽眼(yan)、輔助眼(yan)裝(zhuang)藥(yao)結構和(he)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)方式與水(shui)壓光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)相同,但在(zai)周(zhou)邊(bian)眼(yan)中安裝(zhuang)專用聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)裝(zhuang)置替代(dai)常規爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)藥(yao)卷和(he)傳爆(bao)(bao)線,利(li)用聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)粒子射(she)流動能(neng)(neng)、高(gao)壓爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)氣體應力(li)及“氣楔”作(zuo)用,形成平整圓順的(de)開(kai)挖輪廓面,對(dui)控制超欠挖具有良(liang)好效(xiao)果,有效(xiao)提升了隧道施工(gong)質量、進度和(he)經濟效(xiao)益(yi)。科學合理地(di)利(li)用能(neng)(neng)源,提高(gao)能(neng)(neng)源利(li)用效(xiao)率(lv),對(dui)節能(neng)(neng)減排也十分重要。利(li)用聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)兩端的(de)水(shui)平開(kai)出的(de)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)射(she)流效(xiao)應對(dui)巖石進行破(po)(po)碎。據專家測(ce)算,由于聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)(guan)兩端聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)切割效(xiao)應,其能(neng)(neng)效(xiao)比提升一個量級。
