施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)嚴格遵循六字方(fang)(fang)針(掛滿、貼緊、對(dui)準):(1)要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)打眼(yan)(yan)(yan)質量,炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)必須按技術(shu)要(yao)(yao)求合理布置。(2)要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)掏槽(cao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)以及其他眼(yan)(yan)(yan)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)的打眼(yan)(yan)(yan)質量,一(yi)定要(yao)(yao)在規定位置上打眼(yan)(yan)(yan);二要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)深度(du)和角(jiao)度(du)。(3)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管裝(zhuang)藥(yao)(yao)時,要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)乳化炸藥(yao)(yao)在聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管中空(kong)內(nei)壁中填充飽(bao)滿不(bu)(bu)得有空(kong)隙出現(xian)時以產生拒爆。(4)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管在炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)中裝(zhuang)填時,要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管的兩條聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽(cao)指向巷道(dao)輪廓(kuo)線方(fang)(fang)向并(bing)且各個炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管的聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽(cao)軸(zhou)線方(fang)(fang)面要(yao)(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)相互連接在隧道(dao)輪廓(kuo)線上。否則成型效果不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)不(bu)(bu)好(hao),反而更差。(5)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)炮(pao)(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)堵塞質量。(6)放炮(pao)(pao)員應提前按規定裝(zhuang)好(hao)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管的炸藥(yao)(yao),并(bing)做(zuo)好(hao)準備(bei)工(gong)作。試用范(fan)圍(wei):一(yi)級至五級圍(wei)巖的光面爆破工(gong)程。
