我國20世紀60年代利用(yong)(yong)斷裂(lie)力學(xue)對巖石損傷引起的裂(lie)紋擴(kuo)展(zhan)進(jin)行(xing)過試(shi)驗研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),為(wei)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)爆(bao)破(po)技術(shu)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)到工(gong)程做(zuo)了不少(shao)理論分析(xi),也(ye)取(qu)得一些(xie)進(jin)展(zhan)。80年代中(zhong)期開始進(jin)行(xing)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),以北京礦(kuang)業(ye)學(xue)院為(wei)代表,著重(zhong)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)了聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)包切割(ge)饑理和應(ying)用(yong)(yong)。1987年淮南礦(kuang)業(ye)學(xue)院取(qu)得“雙(shuang)面切割(ge)器”的zhuanli,1995年又(you)取(qu)得“大理石花崗巖切割(ge)技術(shu)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)”zhuanli。1991年中(zhong)國水電七局曾試(shi)圖采用(yong)(yong)硬質紙加工(gong)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)管成形聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)藥(yao)卷(juan)做(zuo)過聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)預裂(lie)爆(bao)破(po)試(shi)驗研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),但終因(yin)當時的技術(shu)及工(gong)藝水平的限制(zhi)無法(fa)用(yong)(yong)于正常施工(gong),但是他(ta)們開了橢圓雙(shuang)極線(xian)性聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)結構試(shi)驗的先河。雙(shuang)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)預裂(lie)與光面爆(bao)破(po)綜合技術(shu)開創輪廓控制(zhi)爆(bao)破(po)新時代。
各種爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)、爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)器材(cai)銷毀以及爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)器材(cai)意外(wai)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)炸時(shi),爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)源與(yu)人員和其(qi)他保(bao)護(hu)對象之間的安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)稱(cheng)為爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)。爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)應(ying)取(qu)各種爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)效(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(地(di)(di)震(zhen)(zhen)、沖擊(ji)(ji)波(bo)、飛(fei)(fei)石、有毒氣體(ti)等)分(fen)別(bie)核定(ding)的大值。爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)時(shi),必然產生爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)地(di)(di)震(zhen)(zhen)、空氣沖擊(ji)(ji)波(bo)、碎石飛(fei)(fei)散及有害氣體(ti),因此,爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)設(she)計時(shi)必須確(que)定(ding)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)危害范圍,并確(que)定(ding)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)點(dian)到附近人員、設(she)備、建筑物及井巷等的安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan),這一段距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)就稱(cheng)為爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)。如(ru)何控制好這段距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)就顯的尤為重要。為保(bao)證爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan),爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)地(di)(di)點(dian)與(yu)人員或其(qi)他應(ying)保(bao)護(hu)對象之間必須保(bao)持短的相隔(ge)長度(du)。爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)有害效(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)隨距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)的增加有規(gui)律地(di)(di)衰減,用距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)作為安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)尺度(du)可限(xian)定(ding)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)有害效(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)在允許(xu)限(xian)度(du)之內。中(zhong)國(guo)《爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)規(gui)程》規(gui)定(ding)了爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)地(di)(di)震(zhen)(zhen)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li),個別(bie)飛(fei)(fei)散物安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li),以及爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)炸沖擊(ji)(ji)波(bo)的安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)。
水壓光(guang)面爆(bao)破技(ji)術(shu)在隧道掘進(jin)(jin)作(zuo)業中的(de)(de)實際應用。提升光(guang)面爆(bao)破水平、嚴抓隧道超挖管控進(jin)(jin)行了介(jie)紹。聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)水壓光(guang)面爆(bao)破工(gong)藝(yi)技(ji)術(shu)很(hen)(hen)(hen)成(cheng)熟、可操作(zuo)性很(hen)(hen)(hen)強(qiang)、材料成(cheng)本很(hen)(hen)(hen)低、施工(gong)速度很(hen)(hen)(hen)快(kuai)、節能(neng)(neng)(neng)環保效(xiao)果很(hen)(hen)(hen)顯著、經(jing)濟效(xiao)益社會效(xiao)益很(hen)(hen)(hen)高(gao)。一(yi)是要(yao)(yao)提高(gao)對(dui)(dui)推廣(guang)該項技(ji)術(shu)重要(yao)(yao)性和(he)必然(ran)性的(de)(de)認識(shi);二是要(yao)(yao)樹立必須(xu)采取聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)(neng)水壓光(guang)面爆(bao)破的(de)(de)意識(shi);三(san)是要(yao)(yao)堅持(chi)培訓、示(shi)范、監督(du)“三(san)位一(yi)體(ti)”;四是要(yao)(yao)制(zhi)定切實的(de)(de)獎懲制(zhi)度;五是要(yao)(yao)建立檢查監督(du)機制(zhi),持(chi)續促進(jin)(jin)該項技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)深入推廣(guang)。在隧道施工(gong)的(de)(de)現場管理、科技(ji)創(chuang)新、人才培養、經(jing)濟效(xiao)益等方面的(de)(de)不足。建議對(dui)(dui)施工(gong)一(yi)線基礎技(ji)術(shu)工(gong)作(zuo)扎(zha)實推進(jin)(jin);對(dui)(dui)新工(gong)藝(yi)、先進(jin)(jin)工(gong)法要(yao)(yao)深入學習(xi)鉆研;對(dui)(dui)消(xiao)極懈(xie)怠、故(gu)步自封的(de)(de)思(si)想要(yao)(yao)堅決抵制(zhi)。
淮南雙向爆破聚能管發揮巨大效力的關鍵又在其上面的“聚能槽”上。項目部目前采用的聚能管有兩個“聚能槽”,通過這兩個聚能槽的作用讓爆炸的威力在隧道中切割出十分平順的輪廓線,的控制了爆破量,有效管控了超挖欠挖的現象。為了進一步嚴格控制開挖輪廓,達到提高光面爆破效果的目的,并研究出了聚能管上兩個“聚能槽”變為三個“聚能槽”的發明設計,目前,雙向爆破聚能管價格該發明(ming)設(she)(she)計已經(jing)(jing)進入到了試(shi)生產階段。未來(lai),三“聚能槽”設(she)(she)計的(de)(de)聚能水壓爆(bao)破技(ji)術將推(tui)動中(zhong)鐵(tie)十(shi)四局四公司張(zhang)吉懷鐵(tie)路項目部施工(gong)開(kai)展邁上一個(ge)新的(de)(de)臺階,給項目部帶來(lai)巨大的(de)(de)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)效益。工(gong)程(cheng)爆(bao)破技(ji)術經(jing)(jing)過幾十(shi)年的(de)(de)發展,已經(jing)(jing)滲透到經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)建設(she)(she)的(de)(de)眾多領域,特別為中(zhong)國的(de)(de)鐵(tie)路建設(she)(she)、礦山開(kai)采(cai)、城市拆舊定向爆(bao)破等做出了重要貢(gong)獻。
我國(guo)于1983年制定(ding)了《水工(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物巖(yan)行(xing)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)》(sD 121l一1983)。自此,在(zai)水利水電建(jian)設(she)(she)中預(yu)(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)與(yu)光(guang)面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)已成為必須進行(xing)的(de)(de)保護邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)質量的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)開挖技(ji)術(shu)措(cuo)(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。此后在(zai)此基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)(chu)上修訂的(de)(de)《水工(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物巖(yan)石(shi)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)》(SL 47一1994)以(yi)及在(zai)《水電水利爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)《水工(gong)(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)物巖(yan)石(shi)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預(yu)(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)與(yu)光(guang)面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)均(jun)被編(bian)入并(bing)(bing)有(you)所改(gai)進,DL/T 5135—2001正(zheng)在(zai)修編(bian)為DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道部(bu)也不僅規(gui)(gui)(gui)定(ding)了凡(fan)是Ⅲ級以(yi)上的(de)(de)巖(yan)石(shi)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po),設(she)(she)計邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)坡(po)度為1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)部(bu)位(wei)的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)設(she)(she)計和(he)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)都應采用(yong)光(guang)面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)或預(yu)(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po),并(bing)(bing)闡述了光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(預(yu)(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)設(she)(she)計的(de)(de)原則(ze)和(he)參數、安全措(cuo)(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),而且還明確(que)了路塹(qian)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(預(yu)(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)項目質量驗收檢(jian)測(ce)數量和(he)檢(jian)測(ce)方法。無疑(yi)該(gai)規(gui)(gui)(gui)程的(de)(de)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),有(you)力地(di)推動和(he)促進了光(guang)面(mian)(mian)(預(yu)(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)技(ji)術(shu)在(zai)鐵路建(jian)設(she)(she)中的(de)(de)應用(yong)與(yu)發展。
在(zai)建造隧(sui)道的(de)(de)(de)(de)時候(hou),人(ren)們(men)首先(xian)想到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)個方(fang)式,就是使用爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術,開山(shan)挖隧(sui)道修路,常(chang)規(gui)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術需要(yao)使用數以噸計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)炸(zha)(zha),炸(zha)(zha)的(de)(de)(de)(de)威力(li)十分巨大,但(dan)是在(zai)炸(zha)(zha)完之后(hou),空氣中(zhong)全是煙(yan)塵(chen),根本(ben)無(wu)法(fa)進(jin)(jin)入,另(ling)外常(chang)規(gui)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)炸(zha)(zha)出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輪(lun)廓線(xian)(xian)凹(ao)凸(tu)不平,后(hou)期常(chang)常(chang)需要(yao)工(gong)人(ren)進(jin)(jin)一步修補輪(lun)廓線(xian)(xian)才能進(jin)(jin)行下一道工(gong)序,耗時耗力(li),那(nei)么有(you)沒(mei)有(you)其(qi)他的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式比常(chang)規(gui)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術更(geng)好(hao)呢(ni)?2018年3月,央視報道了一場(chang)隧(sui)道爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)對比實驗,實驗采用兩(liang)種爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術,滴喲(yo)中(zhong)是使用炸(zha)(zha)的(de)(de)(de)(de)常(chang)規(gui)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術,第(di)二種則是國人(ren)新發明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)(ju)能水壓(ya)光面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術,隨著(zhu)聲聲巨響,這場(chang)對比試驗的(de)(de)(de)(de)結果超乎(hu)所有(you)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)意料,聚(ju)(ju)能水壓(ya)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)炸(zha)(zha)效果更(geng)好(hao),而且爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)水霧能將煙(yan)塵(chen)覆(fu)蓋,起到(dao)降塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用,這項爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)新方(fang)式得到(dao)了觀眾們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)認可。
