施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)嚴(yan)格(ge)遵循六字方(fang)針(zhen)(掛滿、貼(tie)緊、對準):(1)要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)打眼(yan)(yan)(yan)質(zhi)量(liang),炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)必須(xu)按(an)技術要(yao)求合理布置(zhi)。(2)要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證掏槽眼(yan)(yan)(yan)以及其(qi)他眼(yan)(yan)(yan)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)打眼(yan)(yan)(yan)質(zhi)量(liang),一定要(yao)在規(gui)定位(wei)置(zhi)上(shang)打眼(yan)(yan)(yan);二要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)深度和(he)角(jiao)度。(3)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管裝藥(yao)(yao)時,要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證乳化炸藥(yao)(yao)在聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管中空內壁中填(tian)充飽滿不(bu)(bu)得(de)有(you)空隙出(chu)現(xian)時以產生拒爆(bao)。(4)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管在炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)中裝填(tian)時,要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管的(de)兩條聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽指向(xiang)巷(xiang)道(dao)輪廓線(xian)(xian)方(fang)向(xiang)并且各個炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管的(de)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽軸(zhou)線(xian)(xian)方(fang)面要(yao)保(bao)(bao)證相(xiang)互連接(jie)在隧道(dao)輪廓線(xian)(xian)上(shang)。否則成型效果不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)不(bu)(bu)好(hao),反而更差。(5)保(bao)(bao)證炮(pao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)堵(du)塞(sai)質(zhi)量(liang)。(6)放炮(pao)員應提前(qian)按(an)規(gui)定裝好(hao)聚(ju)能(neng)(neng)管的(de)炸藥(yao)(yao),并做好(hao)準備工(gong)作(zuo)。試用范圍:一級(ji)至五級(ji)圍巖(yan)的(de)光(guang)面爆(bao)破工(gong)程。
