我國于1983年制(zhi)定了(le)(le)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖(yan)行基(ji)礎開挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范》(sD 121l一(yi)1983)。自此(ci),在水(shui)利水(shui)電建設(she)中預裂(lie)爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)與(yu)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)已成為(wei)必須(xu)進行的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)護邊坡(po)質量的(de)(de)(de)爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)開挖技(ji)術(shu)措施(shi)。此(ci)后在此(ci)基(ji)礎上修訂的(de)(de)(de)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖(yan)石(shi)基(ji)礎開挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范》(SL 47一(yi)1994)以(yi)及在《水(shui)電水(shui)利爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖(yan)石(shi)基(ji)礎開挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預裂(lie)爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)與(yu)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)均被編(bian)(bian)入并(bing)有所改(gai)進,DL/T 5135—2001正(zheng)在修編(bian)(bian)為(wei)DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道部也(ye)不僅規(gui)定了(le)(le)凡是Ⅲ級以(yi)上的(de)(de)(de)巖(yan)石(shi)邊坡(po),設(she)計(ji)邊坡(po)坡(po)度為(wei)1:0.1~1:0.75,在邊坡(po)部位的(de)(de)(de)爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)設(she)計(ji)和(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)都(dou)應采(cai)用光(guang)(guang)面(mian)爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)或預裂(lie)爆破(po)(po)(po)(po),并(bing)闡述了(le)(le)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(預裂(lie))爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)設(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)原則(ze)和(he)參數、安全措施(shi),而且還明確了(le)(le)路塹邊坡(po)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(預裂(lie))爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)項(xiang)目質量驗收檢測數量和(he)檢測方法。無疑該規(gui)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)施(shi),有力地推動和(he)促進了(le)(le)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(預裂(lie))爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)技(ji)術(shu)在鐵路建設(she)中的(de)(de)(de)應用與(yu)發展(zhan)。
