我國20世紀60年代利用斷裂力學對巖石損傷引起的裂紋擴展進行過試驗研究,深孔爆破聚能管公司為聚能爆破技術應用到工程做了不少理論分析,也取得一些進展。80年代中期開始進行應用研究,以北京礦業學院為代表,著重研究了聚能藥包切割饑理和應用。1987年淮南礦業學院取得“雙面切割器”的zhuanli,1995年又取得“大理石花崗巖切割技術應用”zhuanli。1991年中國水電七局曾試圖采用硬質紙加工聚能藥管成形聚能藥卷做過聚能預裂爆破試驗研究,深孔爆破聚能管公司但終因(yin)當時的技(ji)術及工(gong)藝水(shui)平(ping)的限制(zhi)(zhi)無法用于正常施工(gong),但是他(ta)們開了橢圓雙極線性(xing)聚能結(jie)構(gou)試驗的先(xian)河。雙聚能預裂與光(guang)面爆破綜合(he)技(ji)術開創輪廓控制(zhi)(zhi)爆破新(xin)時代。
采(cai)(cai)用(yong)一(yi)種抗靜電阻燃的(de)特種塑(su)料管、異(yi)形雙槽聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管,根據炮眼(yan)深(shen)度(du)可長可短(duan)。是兩個相似(si)半壁管組成(cheng),半壁管中央有個凹(ao)進去的(de)槽叫做'聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)槽",使用(yong)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)破成(cheng)型效果好,開挖(wa)輪廓線平順整齊,圍巖擾動減(jian)(jian)少(shao)、超欠挖(wa)明顯改善,有利于支(zhi)護工(gong)序(xu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong),同時混(hun)凝土回(hui)填成(cheng)本大(da)為降(jiang)低(di)。鑿孔率減(jian)(jian)少(shao)30%,大(da)大(da)降(jiang)低(di)了爆(bao)破作業(ye)工(gong)班的(de)勞動量(liang):鉆孔縮短(duan)30分鐘、少(shao)打眼(yan)、出渣(zha)量(liang)減(jian)(jian)少(shao),降(jiang)低(di)了材料成(cheng)本、減(jian)(jian)少(shao)工(gong)時消耗(hao)、勞動效率明顯提(ti)高(gao),周邊眼(yan)爆(bao)破成(cheng)本降(jiang)低(di)30%以上(shang),半眼(yan)痕保留率高(gao)達(da)85%以上(shang)。pvc爆(bao)破聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管主要(yao)應用(yong)于隧道、煤礦、鐵礦等需要(yao)進行光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)破施(shi)(shi)工(gong)的(de)工(gong)程。采(cai)(cai)用(yong)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)管的(de)光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)破可減(jian)(jian)少(shao)鉆孔,擴大(da)孔距,減(jian)(jian)少(shao)導(dao)爆(bao)管用(yong)量(liang),減(jian)(jian)少(shao)超挖(wa),減(jian)(jian)少(shao)噴漿,提(ti)高(gao)半孔率,既節省(sheng)了成(cheng)本又提(ti)高(gao)了施(shi)(shi)工(gong)效率。
我(wo)國于1983年制(zhi)定了(le)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖行基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)規范(fan)》(sD 121l一1983)。自此,在(zai)(zai)水(shui)利水(shui)電(dian)建設(she)中預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)破與光(guang)面爆(bao)破已成(cheng)為必須進(jin)行的保(bao)護(hu)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)質量的爆(bao)破開挖技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。此后在(zai)(zai)此基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)上修(xiu)訂(ding)的《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖石(shi)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)規范(fan)》(SL 47一1994)以及在(zai)(zai)《水(shui)電(dian)水(shui)利爆(bao)破工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)規范(fan)》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)(he)《水(shui)工(gong)(gong)建筑(zhu)物巖石(shi)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)規范(fan)》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)破與光(guang)面爆(bao)破均被編(bian)入(ru)并(bing)有所改進(jin),DL/T 5135—2001正在(zai)(zai)修(xiu)編(bian)為DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道(dao)部也不(bu)僅規定了(le)凡是(shi)Ⅲ級(ji)以上的巖石(shi)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po),設(she)計(ji)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)坡(po)度為1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)(zai)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)部位的爆(bao)破設(she)計(ji)和(he)(he)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)都(dou)應采用光(guang)面爆(bao)破或(huo)預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)破,并(bing)闡述(shu)了(le)光(guang)面(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)破施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)設(she)計(ji)的原則和(he)(he)參(can)數、安全措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),而且還(huan)明確了(le)路塹(qian)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)光(guang)面(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)破項目(mu)質量驗收檢測數量和(he)(he)檢測方法。無疑該規程(cheng)(cheng)的實施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),有力地推動和(he)(he)促進(jin)了(le)光(guang)面(預(yu)裂(lie))爆(bao)破技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)在(zai)(zai)鐵路建設(she)中的應用與發展。
