我國于1983年制定了《水(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)巖(yan)行(xing)基(ji)礎(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》(sD 121l一(yi)1983)。自此,在(zai)(zai)水(shui)(shui)利(li)水(shui)(shui)電建(jian)(jian)設(she)中預裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)與光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)已成為必須進(jin)行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)護邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)質量的(de)(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)開挖技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)措施(shi)。此后在(zai)(zai)此基(ji)礎(chu)上修訂的(de)(de)(de)《水(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)巖(yan)石基(ji)礎(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》(SL 47一(yi)1994)以(yi)及在(zai)(zai)《水(shui)(shui)電水(shui)(shui)利(li)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》(DL/T 5135—2001)和(he)(he)《水(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)巖(yan)石基(ji)礎(chu)開挖工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》(DL/T 5389~2007)中預裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)與光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)均被編入并(bing)有所改進(jin),DL/T 5135—2001正在(zai)(zai)修編為DL/T 5135—2012。鐵道部(bu)也不僅規(gui)定了凡是Ⅲ級以(yi)上的(de)(de)(de)巖(yan)石邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po),設(she)計邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)坡(po)(po)(po)度為1:0.1~1:0.75,在(zai)(zai)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)部(bu)位的(de)(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)設(she)計和(he)(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)都應(ying)采用光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)或預裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破(po),并(bing)闡述了光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)(預裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)破(po)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)設(she)計的(de)(de)(de)原則和(he)(he)參數、安全措施(shi),而且還明確了路(lu)塹(qian)邊(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)(預裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)破(po)項目質量驗(yan)收檢(jian)測數量和(he)(he)檢(jian)測方法。無疑該規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)實施(shi),有力地(di)推動和(he)(he)促進(jin)了光(guang)(guang)面(mian)(mian)(預裂(lie))爆(bao)(bao)破(po)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)在(zai)(zai)鐵路(lu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)中的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用與發(fa)展(zhan)。
預(yu)裂(lie)與(yu)光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)技術的(de)(de)歷史與(yu)現狀:預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)是(shi)(shi)沿設(she)計(ji)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)邊(bian)界布置(zhi)密集炮孔(kong),采(cai)(cai)取不(bu)(bu)耦合(he)裝藥或裝填(tian)低(di)威力炸(zha)藥,在主爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)區(qu)之前起爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao),從而在爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)區(qu)與(yu)保(bao)留區(qu)之間(jian)形成(cheng)預(yu)裂(lie)縫,以(yi)減弱主爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)對保(bao)留巖體的(de)(de)破(po)(po)(po)壞并形成(cheng)平(ping)整輪廓面的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)作業。光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)是(shi)(shi)沿設(she)計(ji)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)邊(bian)界布設(she)密集炮孔(kong),采(cai)(cai)用不(bu)(bu)耦合(he)裝藥或裝填(tian)低(di)威力炸(zha)藥,在主爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)區(qu)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)之后起爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)的(de)(de)以(yi)形成(cheng)平(ping)整的(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)輪廓面的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)作業。爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)技術的(de)(de)發(fa)展是(shi)(shi)先出現光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po),然(ran)后衍生發(fa)展為預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)。聚能管國內歷史與(yu)現狀,我國于(yu)1964~1965年在湖北(bei)陸(lu)水水電(dian)站施工中做過(guo)淺孔(kong)預(yu)裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)試(shi)驗(yan),1965年鐵(tie)道部門在成(cheng)昆鐵(tie)路(lu)建設(she)中開(kai)(kai)始試(shi)驗(yan)光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po),1977年在西延(yan)線張家船工點,全長近200m的(de)(de)2000m2路(lu)塹邊(bian)坡(po)全部采(cai)(cai)用光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po),爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)后邊(bian)坡(po)平(ping)整穩定,殘留的(de)(de)半(ban)孔(kong)清晰可見(jian),是(shi)(shi)鐵(tie)路(lu)建設(she)中采(cai)(cai)用路(lu)塹光(guang)面爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)。
