專用礦用型雙向聚能管施工工藝嚴格遵循六字方針(掛滿、貼緊、對準):(1)要保證炮眼打眼質量,炮眼必須按技術要求合理布置。(2)要保證掏槽眼以及其他眼眼的打眼質量,一定要在規定位置上打眼;二濱州礦用型雙向聚能管要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)炮眼深度和角度。(3)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管裝(zhuang)(zhuang)藥(yao)(yao)時,要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)乳化(hua)炸藥(yao)(yao)在聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管中空(kong)內(nei)壁中填(tian)充飽(bao)滿不(bu)得有空(kong)隙出現時以產生拒爆(bao)。(4)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管在炮眼中裝(zhuang)(zhuang)填(tian)時,要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管的(de)兩條聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽指向巷(xiang)道(dao)輪(lun)廓線方(fang)向并(bing)且各個炮眼聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管的(de)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)槽軸(zhou)線方(fang)面要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)相(xiang)互連接在隧道(dao)輪(lun)廓線上(shang)。否則成型效果不(bu)僅不(bu)好(hao)(hao),反而更(geng)差。(5)保(bao)證(zheng)炮眼堵塞質量(liang)。(6)放炮員應提前按規(gui)定(ding)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)好(hao)(hao)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)(neng)管的(de)炸藥(yao)(yao),并(bing)做好(hao)(hao)準備工作。試用范(fan)圍(wei):一級至五級圍(wei)巖(yan)的(de)光面爆(bao)破(po)工程。
